WHEN BRAZEN AND BLIND PURSUIT OF VENDETTA/ ORCHESTRATED FALSEHOOD GET CARRIED TOO FAR Re: The House Of Representatives Probe On Capital Market We have watched with disdain and utter disbelief the macabre dance of shame coming from the lower arm of the National Assembly, specifically the House of Representatives in the past few weeks. In brazen attempts to cover their own and openly condone graft and corruption, the lower Legislative chamber has been moving from one summersault to the other. The thought of ignoring the decadence going on there has been on, but the greater thought of salvaging our fledgling democracy from total collapse, did take the better part of our reasoning. We cannot continue to feign amnesia and watch these fellows squander our common patrimony and goodwill in a continuous and sinister celebration of shamelessness, pettiness and callousness, all under the guise of performing their Legislative oversight functions. Nigerians and indeed the global community are regaled daily with the supposed probes and inquests couched under spurious oversight functions, which later turn out to be self-seeking and avenues for corrupt self-enrichment and aggrandizement. Mind bugging allegations, most often concocted, but made to look real, are made against public officials in attempts to compromise and bring them to be players in the high-tech game of corruption. Official blackmail and intimidations are most often employed as arm-twisting strategies, to coerce the said officials into playing ball. Most often than not they succeed in covering up these misdeeds and come out as heroes of anti-corruption and experts in deepening democracy in the country. Only on few occasions have their underbelly been exposed either immediately after they pick their slush funds (which is fast becoming as is so obvious now, their major reasons for the probes); or just as they were getting set to collect them. Check out the of the records: NDUDI ELUMULU Power Probe Committee, LAWAN FAROUK/OTEDOLA gate, of the Oil Subsidy Probe and now the HAMAN HEMBE/ARUNMA OTEH face of the Capital Market Probe, the outcome gets messier as the day goes by. But why will the Lower House come up with unproveable findings and outright falsities, as in the instant case. Must vendetta be taken to this ridiculous and unintelligent level? How come that the House suddenly found out that Oteh who worked at Centre Point Investment and Securities Limited, from 1987, and left in 1992, to the African Development Bank (AfDB), is not qualified, because according to them, she does not have 15 years experience in capital market?Why is it coming after Oteh spilled the beans on one of their own, Haman Hembe? How come the Lower House suddenly started claiming superiority and have even gone ahead to over-rule - the Senate- who thoroughly screened, cleared and declared Oteh a proper and fit person to hold the office of the Director-General of SEC? Are they now saying that the Senate goofed or did not do a thorough job after-all? Many questions, and no answers. A brief profile of Arumma Oteh to at least controvert the House will suffice: Arunma Onyejiuwa Oteh who holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a 1984 first class honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, has been Director General at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Inc. since December 2009. She served as the Vice President of Corporate Management & Corporate Services of African Development Bank (AfDB) since March 2, 2006. She has over 16 years of experience in the Capital Market. She served as Director of Treasury Department at ADB until March 2, 2006. She was Bank Group Treasurer, and she has also held positions in treasury and lending since she joined the AfDB in 1992. She worked in corporate finance, consulting, teaching and research. Ms. Oteh served as the ADB Group's Treasurer for five years from 2001 to 2006, with overall responsibility for its fund raising and investments in major international capital markets. She also worked variously in ADB as Division Manager Investments and Trading Room from 1997 to 2001, as well as Senior Investment Officer/Senior Capital Markets Officer from 1993 to 1997. She worked for various institutions including the Harvard Institute for International Development and Centre Point Investments Limited of Nigeria in corporate finance, consulting, teaching and research, before joining the African Development Bank (ADB) in 1992. She serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Africa investor Ltd. When the former SEC Director General, Musa Al-Faki resigned in April 2009, amid criticism of the SEC role in a share-manipulation scandal involving African Petroleum stock. She was nominated Director-General and Executive Commissioner (Legal & Compliance) of the Securities & Exchange Commission by President Umaru Yar'Adua in July 2009, subject to Senate confirmation. Arunma Oteh became Director General of the SEC in January 2010. In a June 2010 interview with the BBC, Oteh listed "wash sales, market rigging, pumping and dumping shares" as some of the abuses in Nigeria's capital market. She said the SEC expected to charge about 200 individuals and entities in civil or criminal cases. She faced resistance from the powerful Nigerian rent-seeking elite, but expressed confidence due to the backing she had received from President Goodluck Jonathan. In August 2010 Oteh dismissed Okereke-Onyiuke from the stock exchange. This apparently marked the beginning of her problem, with the House of Representatives, because the Deputy Speaker is a nephew of the dismissed former DG of Stock Exchange. It is obvious that this contrived report is brazen vendetta and orchestrated falsehood at its ugly and ferocious level. The House appears to be riding on a Highway to Nowhere (ala Late Jim Reeves), in this vendetta game, and they are carrying on in senseless but determined defiance of the principles of equity and fair-play Nigerians and indeed men and women of goodwill across the globe, should rise up in defence of the truth, and to condemn what at best could be described as childish display of hate. Before this misnomer of the House dictating for the Presidency who to appoint and dismiss, becomes the norm, the President and all the agencies of the Executive are urged to discountenance the report for what it is - A BUNDLE OF TRASH. Those who want to believe Ifa-niyi Fatogun (omoifa), the Ifa priest from Owo, Ondo state, (and the Principal Producer/Editor/ Distributor of the T. A. Orji Fake OKIJA video, of the ONYEMAWOOD infamy),who created and posted this horrendous biography, should first of all read Onyema Ugochukwu's description of Mr Ekekwe in 2002. On 16th February2002, on the occassion of Ekekwe's 35th birthday, being hosted by the then Deputy Governor of Abia State, Enyinnaya Abaribe, Onyema Ugochukwu, describedthis same Ekekwe as "A principled and selfless young man, full of vigour and courage, with a tremendous tendency for confronting evil, without counting cost", see thisdayonline.com/archive/2002/03/09/20020309sta08.html. This un-denied and undeniable fact, remains the apt description of Evangelist Ekekwe Egu, and not what some mercantile, computer militants/blackmailers that prowls our internet space, doing the dirty dealings of a totally misguided, sadistic and round the clock drunk called Onyema Ugochukwu, with a neurotic ambition to be Abia Governor; which unfortunately had lured him into committing many heinous crimes, against the state and humanity. Ugochukwu and Ifaniyi's other partners in crime include one Dan Okereke from Ngor Okpala, Imo State, who is widely believed to know a lot about the capital offenses committed in 2006, at the Office of the Public Communication, of the Presidency Annex, Abuja, including the killings in April and June 2006, respectively of Messers Israel Akpan of Akwa Ibom State, and Mr Adindu Umesi from Ubakala Umuahia , Abia State. The former was knocked down and rolled over by a hit and run driver, while the latter was invited over, intercepted along the Abuja-Keffi Road, killed and burnt alive inside his 504 Peugeot Saloon car, while his charred remains were left there. These two incidences happened under the nose of Onyema Ugochukwu, who was Senior Special Assistant to the then President, in Charge of the said office. Ostensibly for a job well done, Dan Okereke is believed to have been promised the position of Head of Media with whatever nomenclature, when Onyema becomes Abia Governor. These two were allegedly killed for taunting Onyema Ugochukwu daily with many things, including his penchant for sleeping with every young man (a notorious/occult gay), that works or associates with him; and failing which such men are either eliminated, wrecked or crushed. Adindu Umesi and Israel Akpan, were widely believed to have shunned and told him off. same with Felix Okafor, his former SSS detail, from Awka, Anambra State, whom he got sacked from office, with his contacts with the then Security chief, on very flimsy and puerile excuses, While the first two were killed, Felix was sacked, and made a to become a total wreck. Ekekwe whom he (Onyema) approached with the same issue, mid August 2006, in his Umule country home, totally rejected him on the grounds of morality and their close relationship. THIS IS UGOCHUKWU'S MAIN GROUSE AGAINST EKEKWE. He never forgave him as indeed the others. His nerve was cracked by this singular refusal from his arch-loyalist and erstwhile defender, whose loyalty to him earned him the ugly sobriquet ONYEMA UGOCHUKWU's ALSATIAN DOG. Ever since then, he swore to destroy and finish the young man, for his audacity. That is why he has spent and is still spending several tens of millions of naira creating ridiculous stories just to destroy a young man of courage, wisdom and an epitome of consistency through sponsorship of various articles in the media and the internet, and in a face saving and pre-emptive measures. Dear Readers, has it ever crossed your minds why UGOCHUKWU AND HIS HIRED AND FRUSTRATED GOONS, ARE DOING EVERYTHING TO DESTROY THIS EKEKWE MAN? The simple reason is that is Onyema is hell bent on eliminating this man who knows so much about his dastard and shameless acts, in a bid to give a dog a bad name before hanging it. Remember this man was so close to him, so much so that he was appointed the PDP Agents for the 2007 Governorship Election/Presidential and National Assembly elections in Abia State(see attached letter); even when Ugochukwu had perfected his plans of annihilating him, like those before him. Other victims like Dr. Achi, of HUGO HOSPITAL ABUJA (his wife's former medical outfit in Maitama), was murdered sometime in 2005, through a set-up motor accident, for stumbling on his wife's sexual escapades, with some of Onyema's Aides, amongst other sordid actions of the Mr and Mrs Ugochukwu. What of the Late Chief U.M. Akpan, the pioneer Akwa Ibom Representative on the Board of NDDC , who was equally killed along Enugu/Port-Harcourt Expressway, precisely at the Awgu Junction, alongside his Police Orderly, sometime in 2002, in an assassination so clearly perfected by the Shiek, while he was Chairman of the NDDC Board; and less than 6 hours after he had a shouting match with the Akpan, during one of their NDDC Board meetings. Many others were eliminated, in bizarre circumstances by this killer dog, who hide under the facade of being a Methodist Knight, to cover his wickedness. His three agents, who are continuously blackmailing him to appoint them Chief of Staff, Chief Press Secretary, Commissioners, etc, in Abia State, if and when he becomes Governor see people like Ekekwe, Late Rex Otuka and Late Rex Ebo, as stumbling blocks? His killer gang are dragging him into perdition In all these, it should be noted that only Felix Okafor and Ekekwe proved hard nuts for Ugochukwu. But Felix is not given any wahala, any more, as according to Ugochukwu, he has been totally crushed. So only Ekekwe is the last man standing, and resisting. How can we reconcile this statement by Mr Onyema Ugochukwu on February 16, 2002, during Ekekwe’s 35th birthday in Umuahia, and published by Thisday Newspaper, on March 9, 2002, (see thisdayonline.com/archive/2002/03/09/20020309sta08html), and titled ‘ABIA POLITICAL TUSSLE NOT PERSONAL- UGOCHUKWU’, where he described Mr Ekekwe as "A principled and selfless young man, full of vigour and courage, with tremendous tendency for confronting evil, without counting cost", and all these recent postings against the fearless Abia Politician and Evangelist by Ugochukwu and his agents now? In between, there must be something Chief Onyema had not told us, and which he is fighting hard to conceal. It is only time that will tell. On our own part, we urge Mr Ekekwe not to relent in his well known and confessed tendency towards confronting evil without counting cost, both to himself and the society (ala Onyema Ugochukwu). It does not matter if the costs include but not limited to increased attempts at maligning him and inventing fairy tales about him, by those who were shouting his praises at every forum just yesterday; those who were cringing, crawling, panting and pinning after him, not too long ago. We cannot forget the sobriquet “ONYEMA UGOCHUKWU’S ALSATIAN DOG”, given to this same Ekekwe then by those who saw him as unbending in his defence and protection of the person of Onyema Ugochukwu. Now that they have become victims of his uncompromising stand against evil and wickedness in high places, (on discovering of same), they have shamelessly made a detour, through their hired agents in the media, using fake and non existing names (pseudo names), to malign him. They have no shame in coining and publishing VERIFIABLE, OBVIOUS AND KINDERGARTEN LIES, against Ekekwe and his family via the media and the internet; yet this same man will sneak back through Ekekwe's respected friends and associates to secretly beg him for a ceasefire, at least for old time sake. Enough of his eating one's cake and having it back. They forgot that the Abia and Nigeria reading public now know better and see them as people who have started licking their past vomits. May be the much expected book BENDING BACKWARDS, promised by Ekekwe Egu, will close the missing gap, and shut the rantings of these imported mercenaries, professional blackmailers and thugs,(from Ondo, Kogi, and Imo), some of whom had held Ugochukwu hostage since his Daily Times days. We earnestly await this book, while we warn that nothing should happen to Ekekwe. in the unlikely event of God allowing him to come to hurt, we know the person to hold violently responsible .

These invaders, who were disappointed with the spate of events in the camp, and see Ekekwe Egu as an obstacle to actualise their selfish ambitions, went into unholy alliance with the notorious and Anything Goes Publisher of RISING SUN, with the vain hope of using the medium to instigate his boss Onyema Ugochukwu against this core loyalist of his. One of the major sponsors of this cheap blackmail are those who have plundered the state resources both materials and human, and have come back to contest elections with it and yet the said “Rising Sun” shields and praise-sing these perverts.My dear Abians, I leave “Rising Sun” to their conscience if they think blackmail is the only prerequisite to survival and paving way for their masters politically. Further to this, I wish to highlight on some of the pointless points made by this said local newspaper. First, they stated that Onyema Ugochukwu, Abia PDP gubernatorial candidate stooped so low to make Evang. Egu his Campaign Manager. My dear Abians, it is unfortunate no such office exists in Onyema Ugochukwu’s campaign structure, CAMPAIGN FOR ABIA REBIRTH (CARE). But assuming without conceding that such office exist, Ekekwe. Egu has all what it takes to handle same based on his aforementioned antecedents. Secondly, he was termed a juju priest in the jaundiced publication. My dear Abians, may be this is in connection with their inability to assassinate, poison or compromise him, after several failed attempts. Evang. Egu as I rightly stated earlier obtained a Certificate in Theology at the SLBC, Abuja where he was ordained an Evangelist May 2000. It is very unfortunate that God’s Own State still have crop of individuals with high immoral values of such nature, who view every issue through the narrow prism of occultism. Abians I urge you to come out en-mass, and “Lets Re BUILD ABIA”. Thirdly, it was stated that he was ostracised from his Item community from where he ran to Umuodom Ohokobe Ndume with his blind mother, and that the community once again sent him packing for defiling young boys in the community. My dear Abians, is this not the height of indiscipline, irresponsibility and senselessness? What has Evang. Ekekwe’s mother got to do with this? Is this what politics is all about? If the management of this local newspaper does not have regards for elders, I wonder the impression they create to their readers. This is awesome indeed. On the contrary, Ekekwe is a true son of Amaukabi Amaokwe Item in Bende LGA with an excellent background. He was born 16th February 1967, to Mr. & Mrs. J.O Egu. His father is a retired NICON Insurance Executive and the mother a retired Nursing Matron. He operates mainly from his Amaokwe Item Community till date and had just received an award from his community. He is presently involved in many verifiable though quiet philanthropic activities in his Amukabi community, and indeed Amaokwe Item village. The mother still lives in their hired apartment in Ohokobe Ndume Umuahia, while his 42 year old elder brother is married to a Lady from the same Ohokobe village; at least, evidence of good relationship. Their residence is owned by one polyandrous landlady and notorious sex maniac, who is believed to be one of the co-sponsors of the cheap blackmail. In-fact this no-nonsense family is presently in court with the Landlady at Umuahia High Court, for unabated sexual harassment and criminal conversion of one (1) year house- rent. The RISING SUN publication is a face saving counter from their shameless polyandrous Landlady, DOLLY MARTINS “EZEKWEM”, with her criminal collaborators. If standing uncompromisingly for his right and for the truth makes Evang. Egu a homosexualist (sic) after 40 years on planet earth, so be it. Lest we forget, Ekekwe Egu is adored and respected any day in and outside the shores of his hometown. Another is the issue of not been married at 55 and the elder one at 60. This sounds absurd to individuals who know Evang. Egu closely because I rightly stated his age earlier. He is two (2) years younger than the elder one who is happily married. These are subject to verification amongst all other highlighted issues. Not been married at 40 is not uncommon with true born-again Christians, who believe God directs their actions and projects. Having not seen that marriage revelation, and having survived a near heart break from a relationship he entered into 18 years ago, long before giving his life to Christ Jesus, he is waiting until the Lord directs. . I see no reason why this should bother the Publisher and his paymaster(s). After-all, Joshua Ogbonna of RISING SUN had been married for over 10 solid years now without any issue. So what are we saying? Between a perceived impotent and a careful man of God, who is waiting on Gods divine direction, who should be bothered? This is food for thought. We should always wait upon the Lord to direct our dealings. Perhaps his stout opposition to Dolly Martins’s several attempts at foisting her first daughter, her sister, and even herself on him, has turned him into a homosexualist (sic)? I wonder who can marry the daughter or sister of a notorious polyandrous-sex worker like Dolly Martins, after turning his first husband into a total wreck. Another issue raised by this scum is the issue of Evang. Egu collaborating with one Chief M.O Kanu, during Abacha’s regime to liquidate the “RISING SUN”. My dear Abians, anybody who knows Ekekwe too well will testify that he is a man of truth, justice and high moral standards. He is not given to frivolities or any self-serving gimmick. He is always opposed to any dehumanizing acts. He never worked for Abacha not to talk of collaborating with Chief M.O Kanu. If Abacha sealed up the “RISING SUN” because of high level indiscipline and proclivity to blackmail and extortion, Evang. Egu was never a party to that. He opted out not to serve in this present, Orji “Kalu’s” irresponsible and corrupt laden administration in the State in the past eight years, even after several offers have been made to him. This brought out the hitherto latent qualities of this fearless man to limelight. Lastly, on the issues of forged letter to Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) against T.A Orji (Abia PPA Gubernatorial Candidate), Ekekwe as a man with uncommon zeal, fights for all, whilst checkmating the menace of crooks, charlatans and misfits that explored the loopholes inherent in the past 1998/1999 transition to civil rule programme to climb to power, honour and eminence. In the cause of this fight, he had to come in frontal confrontation with celebrated armed robbers/ drug barons, certificate forgers, societal perverts and charlatans, masquerading as Gubernatorial Candidates/Aspirants. Spurred by the urge to rescue Abians from demonic grip of illiterate and quasi- illiterate urchins in power, he had at all times taken perilous but bold steps to achieve these goals. Most of the steps had earned him unsolicited but encouraging accolades and commendations from high quarters. One such step includes authoring an incisive petition alongside other members of ABIA LEADERS FORUM - Enyi Abaribe, (another great/principled Abia son) and Chijioke Nwakodo (a genuine Ibeku son) to the EFCC over the plundering of Abia State. The response of EFCC was brisk. The unimagined invitation by EFCC to “MAMA EXCELLENCY” Nmecha Uzo Nsiegbe (aka Eunice Uzo Kalu) and her family which led to her flight from the country and the clamping on the account of some highly placed and seemingly untouchables in the Abia Government, has brought out the venom in such jokers parading as governorship candidates. This forced them to enter into unholy alliance with this local newspaper among other perverts to collaborate and publish tissues of lies, unimaginable things against this respected son of Item, Bende LGA. Such high-tech lies were geared towards distracting him from set goals. They delude themselves that such accusation against this man placed on the front page of their local paper will either distract or cause misunderstanding between him and his boss, Chief Onyema Ugochukwu. NO, HE CAN NEITHER BE DISTRACTED NOR INTIMIDATED. AGAIN CHIEF ONYEMA UGOCHUKWU ON THE OTHER HAND IS TOO INTELLIGENT AND DISCERNING FOR THEIR GIMMICK Needless to say that rather than bring him to public odium, such senseless and fact-less lies published against him has brought goodwill and solidarity from all manners of men and women and has indeed relegated “RISING SUN”, it’s hack mercenary and half baked publisher to pariah status. I make bold to say that the publication is fictitious and should be highly discountenanced. Furthermore, I urge seasoned journalists to carry out personal investigation on Evang. Ekekwe John Egu to ascertain how factual my humble deposition is and also equally task Ibeku people to investigate thoroughly the true identity of this “EFCC MOST WANTED/JAIL BOUND” PPA Governorship Candidate, who claims great IBEKULAND as home. Nigerian democracy has surpassed blackmails of this nature. I urge Ekekwe Egu and Abians not to be distracted. We have tolerated and suffered in this state for the past eight years.
