Ok I still have questions but let me reply yours first.
So I applied like I think last year August for the Marine Engineering Job openings for Engine Cadetship.

My friend sent me the link and like play like play I just applied and we got a test invitation mail June this year inviting us to take shl test which spanned from 1st to 5th of July.

Then last week they sent us another shl test link with same segments to take it for a second round.

But what I noticed was when we did the first round test it was not proctored because I didn’t see the camera set up or the webcam flash as it were during the second round test. So I was just wondering.

Then part of my question is; so if the second round test was to verify if you were the one that did the first one, what if you perform better in the second round?

Because I can’t lie’ I got to know how the test is after taking the first round that it’s a little challenging, I didn’t practice at all before taking it, all I did was guess work after answering 1 and 2 question in the numerical segment.

But when I got the second round opportunity, I made sure I practice a lot of past questions and when I took the numerical part I can beat my chest that if I fail any question I’ll only fail 2 to 3 questions out of 18.

Please do any of you know why this shl test is conducted more than once?

When you open the website, there’re 2 options at the top of the screen MANAGE MY ACCOUNT and REGISTER

If you’re not among the “newly migrated” click REGISTER and you’ll be directed to the normal login and sign up page.

Then Login normally or sign up if you don’t have any online account.

There’s no special procedure.. the only procedure is putting your debit card details and after that, make the payment then the next stage is verification process which is putting the security One Time Passcode (OTP) that will be sent to your number and your email registered in your bank account. Once that is done payment will be initiated.

Then wait for some time for the payment to reflect on your balance.
When I did mine, I did it in the morning around 9 a.m and it took a few minutes not less than 20 minutes yeah before seeing it on my balance, because I kept refreshing to see if it has reflected.

Hence when seen, the most important part is don’t forget to invest it. Every damn second counts, a few have made the mistake thinking after payment is done ROI has started counting, so they left their money on their balance waiting for ROI to land.

Register, confirm your mail and login.

Run verification with your details, practically your iD, contact address and account details. Make sure you fill in the account details you want to be receiving your ROI with and also be using that same account to be making deposits.

After verification sit back and relax and wait for the verification to be processed. Doesn’t take more than 2-3 business days.

Then make payments by funding your balance. Note: don’t make any payments until you’ve been verified.

When payments been done and your wallet/total balance has been credited, you can now invest.

pls guys,,, I can't see any where on MBA sites that says I should verify using documents. Infact under verification it says. "congratulations your identity has been verified"...and I can't remember verifying using any documents...

From the little I understand about Online Investment, you have to contact MBA support team first before making any deposit. someone here said they have to activate something first before you proceed to fund your account.

So I have invested successfully.. deposit took a few minutes and although I didn’t contact anyone.

My fellow investors, I’ve been a silent reader and I’ve been following up this thread since April..

So, I created my online account and got verified since May 2020.. that period I got some things to tidy up so my spare fund wasn’t up to the minimum investment so I waited until I get enough spare funds to invest.

However, I’m more than ready now to invest lol
But my question is; can I go ahead and deposit and invest now or is my account too long/old since it’s been created?

Just wanna be sure so I’ll have a smooth ride!
