Am guessing U still don't know that christ was born under the law....in other to redeem dose who are still under d law (Galatians 4:1-5)
He was still under the law of moses...he attended the temple...carried out burnt offerings...hence it would have been wrong if christ condemned tithe without also condemning d oda laws of moses!
But when the time was right,he died in other to bring the law of moses to its completion in other words,the law has served it purpose....

If u read Acts 4 from where this description emanated from U,You would observe that no one actually encouraged them but rather,they decide on their own to sell off their lands and house to put on the apostles feet in order for the same apostles to cater for those who are needy!
It was never given to the apostles as deir own rather they shared it to dose who had nothing....

It is outright falsehood for pastors or ministers to claim they are the Levites of our time and no Christian is bold enough to ask how did such happen or where such instructions were given by God to the apostles of old?
Not a single scripture proves such assertions!

I had this in mind also and you are right.

He is not wrong either. I believe his point is that the smart ones among them should not be denied this academic achievements. I hear there are some lecturers that don't give A grade to students even when those students have surpassed the requires for an A. Now this is bad...

But I do agree that the quality of intakes most times determines the quality of the outcome. It reminds me of how we said our course was too difficult and 2:1 was gold, yet few years later when the department started admitting more able and talented students, the number of first class grew. I still maintain that sometimes student quality is low, that is why departments don't graduate first class degree students..But many times too, some students are good quality but it just happens that things happened, e.g. sadistic lecturers and all.

The best graduating in my class over a decade ago, a 2:1 guy, in my eyes that guy was a first. I don't know how he ended with 4.48

My brother, Ibeju is far better by all standards. I can authoritatively confirm (dont ask me my sources) that an Airport is coming to Ibeju. For those of you who have followed my advert on Ibeju, i had said that infrastructure is massively cominig to that area. Four dual carriages are being built to connect Ibeju into Epe land areas largely used for Agriculature at the moment. You wont believe it. Though there are a number of areass alloted to the government, not all are as such. i have staked awhole lot just waiting for the explosion.

Recently, you wont believe, officials of the state government met with some families over the government's intent to buy their lands. Some are already selling, while others are who see the future are bluntly refusing.This is classified info.

For me, Ibeju and environs is just it. It is serene, mostly on the upland and not water-looged. Many developmental projects going on already and estates, well planned sprining up ehre and there. It is not disorganised at all. It is also strategically located such that you can easily pass time off at Eleko beach. The major roads are tarred and strong and are not busy at all.

I will advice any day and time to put your money on Ibeju.

There is nothing wrong in calling on God when faced with helpless situations. He works in mysterious ways and quenching a fire isn't impossible with him when the situation is helpless.
