Hello, My hubby's GCMS notes goes thus; 1) Applicant provided proof of savings which is mostly from investments in bonds. Cost of tuition would represent a significant portion of applicant's total savings esp considering that his wife and children will remain in Nigeria. I have concerns that the funds may not be genuinely available for the duration of studies. 2) Taking the applicant's plan of studies into account, the documentation provided in support of the applicant's financial situation does not demonstrate that funds would be sufficient or available. I am not satisfied that the proposed studies would be a reasonable expense. The study plan does not appear reasonable given the applicant's employment history and education history. I note that the client has previous studies in a similar academic level than the proposed studies in canada. The applicant obtained an MBA in Nigeria & worked in his field for many years. Applicant is now seeking a graduate diploma. Weighing the factors in this application , I am not satisfied that the applicant will adhere to the terms and conditions imposed as a temporary resident. Please we want to re-apply, possibly change to Masters. Guidance is needed please. |

Hello everyone, Please assist on how to respond to the refusal letter. I want to apply again, not giving up but I am confused on how to respond to the VO's observations below. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR,[b][color=#990000] based on the purpose of your visit. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. |
