Job Summary:
Ideal candidates will be responsible for the following:
• Initiating and/or implementing corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Acting as a liaison between our company and the customers, assisting with complaints on Billing errors, Power supply, account questions etc.

Job Responsibilities:
• To resolve problems that arise from poor service delivery to our customers by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• To ensure customer complaints are handled in compliance with the company's guidelines and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints via telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about our product and services.


Requirements;
Required Experience: Minimum of 2-4years increasingly responsible (Customer relationship) experience.
• Bachelor Degree, Diploma (Minimum).
• Knowledge of Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records etc.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practice.
• Knowledge of relevant computer application).

A manufacturing firm seeks qualified candidates to fill this role

Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate all Production activities,
• Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the factory activities, or as instructed by Production Head
• Maintain operational efficiency by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Champion the articulation and development of the Production strategy and ensure alignment with the corporate strategies, business goals and objectives
• Provide overall guidance, leadership support and strategic direction in the execution of the factory functions and activities.
• Ensure timely, high quality and cost effective production is maintained always.
• Liaise with relevant departments in ensuring that all logistics, materials and other requirements are available for production.
• Ensure smooth operation of all equipment for smooth running of the factory.
• Monitor service standards and ensure strict adherence to quality control standards.

• Must possess Conflict Resolution, Effective presentation and report writing skills
• High energy with hands-on approach to responsibilities
