Congratulations to your family bro. LO, you're welcomed to the world of Favour.
I think I'm also in the same shoes with you(though baby is not yet out), but I'm sure next week won't pass me by.
Pls Gurus, any help or suggestion would be highly appreciated. Anything like expedite on booking notary appointment?

Thanks.
Since baby is not out yet, why not book the appointment now. People should book their appointment ahead of time just after EDD.

I think you will have to click yes.
Yes to have read about human trafficking and FGM (before clicking the dialog box) also that you have nothing to do with it and not involved in it.
I clicked yes, there was no option of proceeding without clicking on the box

Good day Gurus in the house ,
Pls you guys should help me, I’m not directly affected by it’s my best friend and I planned to stay with her at her sisters place in Georgia. Her pregnancy is 1 week ahead of mine im 23weeks, I applied for medical visa last month and declared I’m pregnant and got 2 years multiple entry(I have shared my transcript), she applied and was at Abuja this morning for her interview and was denied. She applied as visitors visa (going for 2 weeks vacation) and used an agent , I advised her that I’m using DIY with Niaraland experienced minds as I couldnt afford an agent & wasn’t ready for all the drama that came with the pregnancy lies but she seemed to have gotten a hang of how to use visitors visa to gt it and didn’t want to discourage her but I gave my opinion anyways , she got denied this morning and first she’s my best friend- I can’t leave her hanging now moreso we planned free accommodation with her sister who’s a citizen (zero accommodation cost for me) so guys pls I need your counsel on how she should proceed to reApply, what ar her chances? Pls drop your 2 cents or steps you advise her to take to get it this time. Below is her transcript with her VO, where did you sense she missed it or where the VO made up her mind?

Me:
Good morning ma,how are you doing today?
Vo:I am fine
What are you going to do in the US?
Me:I am going on vacation for 2 weeks.
Vo:Do you have any contact in the US?
Me:Yes,my sister.
Are you planning to visit her on your vacation? Yes I would.

She should apply for medical visa and also should be able to answer questions concerning her sister.

Tanzania

I guess this is same VO my friend met in Tanzania. She kept saying 30k kiniko. They are not so used to pregnancy/giving birth story like in Nigeria. Maybe you can come back and reapply. My friend applied twice and was denied angry

Hi
Please I tried checking the notary available date but could not see any for March. That is when DH will be free. I will be traveling end of February.

What can I do
Would you have given birth by March? Note that baby has to be born already before your husband can go for the notary

Good evening everyone. Thanks for all your contributions.
I have been to the USA twice now before my visa expires, I renewed via drop box and I was given another two years... But due to work and my studies, I have not been able to travel with my current visa. It will be expiring in April 2018, but I just conceived and I have the intention of going to the USA to have my first child. I intend to go before April so that I could spend some time before my delivery. However, my visa will expire before my due date...
Questions
1. How do I go about this?
2. Is visiting visa different from birth visa?
3. Do I renew before April?
4. How do I go about the renewal?.

Thanks so much in anticipation of your response
It's still same category of visa and you can choose to travel with the visa before it expires . but I will advise you apply for a medical visa as in, state that you are going to give birth. just so as to avoid any form of trouble in the future.

Abuja??,My hubby paid nothing oo and he did it on Monday.
Got the form today too via DHL
Imagine, now am more confused.

I just hope we don't go there and start asking if we should pay $50 cos they may feign ignorance and collect the money.
I think the $50 is for US citizens residing in Naija that may need to notirize for something else. Let's read what's one their website well. I didn't pay anything during my time

I really don’t know what is special in getting the notary signed by them. When our government won’t get its priority right, these foreigners treat us as they like.

It is well, let me do and come back jor.
Whooping $50 just to sign notary form for some days old child. Rediculous. They weren't collecting a dime before, what happened?

Ok thanks. Am planning that I have my babies in d us. A friend of mine in Raleigh, North Carolina said it cost abt $15k. Am seeking some thing cheaper. I don't mind any state.
Check Houston, Texas. It's way cheaper
