I'll like to say few things about the Year 2019...

We're now entering upon a new year. This is the beginning of Days, weeks and Months. The first month of the year to us.
2019 is the current year and it has started. It is the 19th year of the 3rd millennium, the 19th year of the 21st century and the 10th and last year of the 2010 decade.
The number 9 symbolizes divine completeness or conveys the meaning of finality. (For those of us that are Christians we know that Christ died at the 9th hour of the day).

That's to prove the authenticity of 9 as a symbol for finality.

The Number 9 also represents the fruits God's Holy Spirit which are Faithfulness, Gentleness, Goodness, Joy, Kindness, Longsuffering, Love, peace & self control.
These are spiritual attitudinal bearings that can help one go a long way to achieve life purpose on earth.

The question I'm throwing to us now is;
How are we to commence it? With what sentiments, feelings & service shall we embark in its yet unshaped history?
How do we start the New Year??
With the same Old attitude and habits?

T. D. Jakes said “It is not the newness of the clock that produces a New life it is the Newness of the Mind” He further said Even if you buy a new car today or get a new house today and you go into it with the Old Mind, nothing has really changed”...
Hence, I wish to charge us today first of all to start the year with God!

Never forget the God Factor! We can't deny him his position and Right as the Alpha and beginner of all beginning... Therefore there's need to give him that reference in other to have a smooth journey.
It doesn't matter the plans, goals, missions and visions, strategies you've put in place without him providing wisdom to execute, It turns out null and void.

Solomon the greatest King asked of this 1 thing [Wisdom] and he succeeded excellently.
Before you start a New Business, apply for a particular Job, propose to that Woman, accept proposal from that Man, venture to anything whatsoever, there's need to enquire of the Lord for directions...
Like the number 9th symbolizes completeness, do know that without God involved in your affairs nothing is complete. As a matter of fact if he's not positioned first in the things you do then nothing will fall properly in their right places...

I heard of a story of a Man who spend time in his personal room trying to put things together in other to execute a certain plan, he spend hours and days trying to strategize ways to get things work out and 1 of those days came in his little girl to the room, moving randomly around the room and causing some disturbances that were unwanted by his Dad and in other to get the girl out from the room at that moment to avoid the distraction, he picked an old world atlas of his and gave it to the little girl after he must have torn the atlas in few pieces. Asked the girl to go put it all together again, knowing it will be difficult for the little girl to simply put together all the continents of the world properly with the torn atlas as such will give him time to concentrate with his engagement.
The little girl went away with the torn atlas and expended efforts trying to put the map of the world together but couldn't get it done at the initials, few minutes later the little girl returned to the Father with the World Map fixed back in place properly with all the continents together as supposed with smile on the girl's face and with surprise on the Father's face she handed over the Map to the Father and the father wondered how she could do that in such a quick time and then enquired from the girl.

The little girl explained that behind the atlas was the picture of Jesus on it, initially she struggled with it but she eventually discovered one of the pieces of the atlas had the face of Jesus on it, she quickly turned all of them and fixed up the picture of Jesus from pieces. And after she turned the other side, the Whole Continents of the World were back together, and the father looked in amazement and learnt lessons...
What is the obvious lesson to learn from this Story? It's simply true and apparent that when you put God first in all you do, every other thing falls into proper place...
When God is first in your Life Plans, Goals, Dreams and Visions. There is always that possibility of getting an expected end to what you desire...
Like he said; He knows the thoughts he has for us, they're of peace and not of evil to bring you to an expected end. Jer 29:11

So why start with the Lord? Because he knows the end from the Beginning...
For many of us he has anointed and appointed us to be Key persons in our Families, Clans, Community, States or Nation. Until we find our place in him. We'll not discover it and attain it.
Thus, there's every necessity to renew our minds, get transformed and seek him and commit ourselves to him today and believe that 2019 is already our possession and we'll acquire everything we desire as it emerges, advances and fades daily...
2019 would make everything Complete, it will settle and establish so many things for us.

But we shouldn't forget to apply the spiritual attitudinal bearings that will help us through.
