Use deed of gift. However you still need to show sponsor bank statement to substantiate your claim Bro, by using deed of gift means that's all he will be supporting me. Because for deed of gift, it's case of "I dash you". And might not render another help when needed. Or should all the money (tuition balance and living expenses) plus 2.7M my personal savings be inside my account. Total amount to be in my account would be around 11-12M By doing this, can I stand as self sponsored and will explain the source of money. 1 Like |

Pls try to listen, to avoid regrets later. What u need here is letter nd affidavit of sponsorship and establish ur relationship with the so called third party. Leave gift deed out of this. There is difference between a sponsor and someone just gifting u money. A sponsor does not need a deed to show his commitment to u, what he needs is to show his relationship with u, why he’s sponsoring u and that he’s financially capable to do so (via his bank statement). Note that he is not gifting u money here per say, he is sponsoring u so whatever money he sent to ur account is a show of commitment to keep to his promise not a philanthropic act. Noted. Thanks |

Some people have used third party sponsor and has gotten their visa approved whereas some got denied. If you can prove beyond doubt that the person has sponsor him at one point of his career then you’re good ( your sop is goin to treat that) my advice will be , let the sponsor make a deposit of tuition fee (probably the first semester fee), then the sponsor should deposit the remaining school fee balance plus maintenance fee to applicant bank account, he should go for a gift deed
Pls can I use Letter of support instead of gift of deed. Because my sponsor (third-party) is ready to transfer Tuition fee balance and living expenses to my account to show commitment. |

Third-party. My frd's dad |

Teezkid: Hello there. Are you really sure or have a clear idea on why you were refused? But you even being the applicant, isn’t mandatory for you to include your own statement of account.
I was refused based on this only: your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable) |

Pls how much did you think I can send to my account?
Won't this payments raise suspicions? |

Since it’s one year and to show commitment, I think you’d have paid in full.
What’s the total tuition fee? CAD18k |
