hi all,

am happy a fellow Nigerian is dreaming on building a gas turbine engine.

Am to encourage you and also let you know that its very possible to build a running engine with less troubles.

am Chuks Anthony From Oduma Aninnri L.G.A, Enugu State.

am a Jet lover too, with my little experience I have built few gas turbine but not all that worked.

but believe it or not i now have a working gas turbine engine I built from scratch.

the required thrust is not achieved so am not too happy yet.

my new gas turbine am designing now for my helicopter project will cure all my heart breaks, its going to be large.

below are few pics of my currents woring gas turbine engine....

Nice work you are doing here.. I can see a great degree of success..
Just keep it going man.
Thrust shouldn't be a problem now. Remember you are going to be using your gas turbine to drive the shaft of your helicopter..
You should focus on adding another turbine blade. So you can use the power of the second turbine as your output shaft. But remember that you must use a reduction gear to reduce the rotation of the output shaft considerable, so you will have enough torque available for turning the main blade and the tail blade.
Goodluck

Look like he is trying to build a power copter , my fear is that he might never get the concept of the main rotor right as regards blade tilt angles that would create lift, drop and bank motions ..I also have concerns about the use of a back propeller to create forward thrust when the main rotor could have provided that ..My advise is that he abandon the idea of the main rotor because he can never get that right where he is at now and go for a fixed wing fabric glider instead so his craft becomes a power glider. ..the guy try sha I even noticed he built a cyclic pitch stick on that thing

Looks like you sure understand the basic dynamics of helicopter flight.

Where exactly is your office. I want a converter from 6v or 10v to 14v or 18v. How much would that be? I live in Rivers State, also let me know how i can get you. My email is nenkaitombari@gmail.com. Thanks
Replied your email.
My office is in Abia state.
You will have to state the overall watts and not just the volts before I can give you the price.
Computers / Re: We Build And Install Remote Controlled Gate by Pakingzzz(m): 11:53am On Aug 19, 2016
The setup has three variant. Small, medium and big.
The names indicate the size (length and breadth) of the associated gate.
All gates are of metal construction.
Below are the price list, inclusive of the gate and the automatic prime mover.
Small (7ft by 11ft) = N350,000
Medium (9ft by 13ft) = N390,000
Big (11ft by 16ft) = N450,000

Note: Our remote gate system does not rely on a constant electricity source unlike other conventional ones. Rather, it relies on a power pack that charges itself when there happens to be electricity, but acts as a power backup for the system when there isn't electricity.
