because there are no government tax forces put in place to checkmate the prices of goods by the sellers that is the major reason we continue to have an inflation in prices else government policies won't be overridden by traders and farmers

Is the applicable to students in private university too, because you know the standard of education in public schools are not the same with private schools and the proximity of federal universities to students are not very much favorable remember most states have just one institution

Religion / Re: Why Did You Reduce Or Stop Going To Church? by Panda7: 3:52pm On Feb 18
ebubeson:
Thank God for his mercies and thank God for providing church for us to attend. I encourage you to keep going to good churches and do not stop.

We have good churches, but what made me reduce going to one of my church branches close to my house is that if the pastor anoints me, it leads to problems, which I will have to pray or engage on one or more spiritual exercise to destroy such. I remember when another pastor came to same branch and anointed me, same thing.

My church generally is a good church, but they should look critically on pastors laying hands or anointing people. Some of these pastors may be unclean or diabolic, and they may be hiding under a good church. It is better members anoint themselves and only trusted pastors with good testimonies should lay hands or anoint people.
simply because outside salvation, my church doesn't encourage progression in career or education and like a timetable some preacher continues to talk about fear of not committing to church but what if something terrible happens, can they reverse it?

Politics / Re: Yoruba Dads Protest: Garri Is Like Cocaine Now by Panda7: 9:19pm On Feb 16
Gistmedia10:
Yoruba fathers marched in the streets, upset and worried. They say their families are hungry, and they can't afford to buy basic food like garri anymore.

"Life is too hard now," said one father. "Garri used to be cheap, but now it's so expensive, it's like buying cocaine!"

Under Tinubu's leadership, things have gotten really bad. The money isn't worth much anymore, with one dollar equaling a huge amount of Naira. There's also a lot of danger, with people being kidnapped and hurt.

Getting everyday things like electricity and fuel is tough, and finding enough food to eat is a big problem. Plus, there are scary herdsmen causing trouble and making people afraid.

The government needs to do something to help. The fathers are speaking up because they want things to change. They won't stop until someone listens and makes life better for everyone.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YuPZ7FnP9VY
It is simply because government have not been doing anything about the price inflation, if the government holds the manufacturer and wholesalers to account the price would remain at it's price of #40-#50 else explain why it's keeps going up even when there is no fault with it's transportation to the market. It is because the selfish farmers want to get more richer that's why you see the prices of everything go up because of garri price hikes.
Health / Re: 5 Common Reasons People Die In Their Sleep by Panda7: 10:31am On Feb 16
Volunteering participation in exercises or athletics sports can help prolong your life span. People who participate in athletics have lower chances of having these problems as regular exercises helps pump your heart and gives your heart turgidity, aerobic respiration and endurance

Chinaka200:
Introduction:

Have you ever wondered what causes individuals to pass away peacefully during their sleep? It is a phenomenon that has intrigued scientists, doctors, and the general public alike. In this blog post, we delve into the five most common reasons why people may unfortunately die in their sleep. While this topic may seem morbid, understanding these causes can help shed light on certain health risks, encourage awareness, and encourage proactive measures to prevent such circumstances. So, let's explore the various factors that can lead to these unexpected occurrences.

5 Reasons Why People Die in Their Sleep

1. Cardiac Arrest: A Silent Culprit

Cardiac arrest is one of the most prevalent causes of sudden death during sleep. It occurs when the heart's electrical system malfunctions, resulting in a sudden loss of blood flow to the brain and other vital organs. Factors like age, family history, lifestyle choices, such as smoking and unhealthy diets, and underlying medical conditions can all contribute to an increased risk of cardiac arrest during sleep.
Factors Leading to Cardiac Arrest

a. Age and Genetics: The Silent Influencers

As individuals age, the risk of cardiac arrest, especially during sleep, increases. Family history also plays a role, as genetic predispositions can make some individuals more susceptible to experiencing cardiac issues. It is crucial to be aware of these factors, as prevention and early detection can significantly reduce the risk.

b. Lifestyle Choices: Pushing the Boundaries

Poor lifestyle choices, such as smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, lack of physical activity, and an unhealthy diet, can heighten the risk of cardiac arrest during sleep. Adopting a heart-healthy lifestyle can significantly minimize the occurrence of such incidents.

2. Obstructive Sleep Apnea: Breathing Troubles

Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a common sleep disorder characterized by breathing difficulty during sleep. People with OSA experience temporary blockages in their airways, leading to frequent interruptions in their breathing patterns. Severe cases of OSA can result in a decrease in oxygen levels, causing stress on the heart and an increased likelihood of heart-related health issues.
Contributing Factors to Obstructive Sleep Apnea

a. Obesity: A Weighty Matter

Obesity is a major contributing factor to OSA. Excess weight, particularly around the neck and throat area, narrows the airways and can lead to frequent breathing disruptions during sleep. Maintaining a healthy weight through proper diet and exercise is essential in reducing the risk of OSA-related fatalities during sleep.

b. Untreated Snoring: A Warning Sign

Persistent snoring can be an indicator of an underlying health issue, including OSA. Failing to address chronic snoring can lead to severe complications and fatal outcomes during sleep. Seeking medical advice and undergoing necessary diagnostic tests can facilitate early detection and appropriate treatment.

Conclusion

While passing away peacefully during sleep is relatively rare, understanding the potential causes can help safeguard against potential health risks. By acknowledging the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle, being aware of our family history, and heeding warning signs like chronic snoring, we can take proactive measures to minimize the possibility of experiencing these unfortunate circumstances. Remember, prevention and early detection are key in maintaining overall well-being and longevity. Stay informed, take care of your health, and give yourself the best chance of a restful night's sleep!
