jahjehova:

I'd explain and give an example.
What I mean is this - If You will by ANY MEANS need to use any of the DOCUMENTS (ORIGINAL) which you will be taking to the general Consulate, do yourself a favour by photocopying them in surplus before you go. Reason is that YOU will be leaving your documents with them at the VISA OFFICE.

My example- I just got the notification of my masters in IT (Executive) from OAU yesterday. I intended to forward a copy to my office. However, I didnt make sufficient copies (Only made two). My dilema now is, my boss is asking for it, I have typed and signed the covering letter for it, but @ the moment, I don't have any copy of the notification.

I guess it clear now.
@Nimakor, is this intelligible enough?
mr Jah....which course are you going for?

kayusboss: My broda, that old woman does not have the word "nice" in her dictionary.
Thank God it went well.
All questions are answerable if you have true intentions to study.
The only question she asked that I think has not been mentioned here "what preparations have you made towards your moving to Germany"
Oohhh....she also asked how your previous course is related to the one you are going for.
She accused me of cramming my answers...I wonder how on earth someone is expected to know all the courses one is going to do for 7 semesters without cramming.

Yessss...She also asked "proposed area of specialisation"

Remember not give the impression you are not coming back to Naija

So the waiting game begins grin grin
vielen danke bruder, all the best......what about the name stuff

humph007: Guys, I'm in a little dilemma here. I just booked my flight to Frankurt by Turkish Airline in a One Way trip, but I was told I must go back to book a return instead, since my student visa elapses 3 months after. Right now, I have arranged my budget to meet One Way trip, do not have enough to cover return ticket. To everyone who have been through this travelling ish, did any of you experienced similar thing?

I filled the date of today, I don't think that really matters. Its signing the forms infront of them that does... beebee5000 and others that has gone there in terms of opening can chip in a few words.
i will advise that you leave the date blank till that day.... i did mine that way....

beebee5000:

Ah the interview went well. No written test to my surprise and the questions she asked were basic questions any student must know. eg
Why did you choose to study in germany?
why are you studying german?
what will you do after the intensive lang. course?
how did you find the school?
what have you been doing since graduation?
what have you been doing since after your ssce, before attending uni? (I had a long break from school so i had to explain to her what i was doing).
how many states do we have in germany?
how many countries border germany?
what do you intend to do after your studies?
how long are you going to study? both the lang. and MSC.
then she read out all i wrote on my application form to reconfirm.
And that was how it ended, mind you our conversation was in english not in german.

No exam but still prepare. i really prepared hard for mathematics and was happy i didnt have to write one.

Sure, and a big amen ohh.
correct guy......vielen gluck
