Hi, I had the operation done in London and it was just a day in hospital and I was home the next day. No prep at all to go in for the surgery. According to the surgeon it was severe scarring as a result of the myomectomy I had in Nigeria. Been adviced to have ivf done immediately. It's usually adviced to do so within three months of the operation. I guess I shldnt bother about a re-occurrence since I'm going to try to get pregnant right away. All the best dear. 1. You have not justified your reason or condition of stay.

2. There is reasonable doubt that you would not leave the republic of Poland before your visa expires.

They have just denied my visa and its stating only this two reasons in my denial letter, after seeing admission letter and payment slip.. Poland has showed me fire o, since July 13th.

Although I hope to re-apply but I need to know how to tackle this two reasons before I go again.

Any contribution would be gladly appreciated.

a friend has been pressurizing me for date.

Twas made on Wednesday 3rd anytime from around past 4.30pm cos I was checking all day till that time which I assumed is their closing time yet no show when i checked again at 7pm it had changed to 17th. These polish people are something else so they can't even keep the date stuff open for 24hrs, most embassies would use this means to generate revenue. No not them, such backwardness.

it was within 8am to 11 I didn't c the specific time but I got a complain from someone and so I checked around 8and it was showing lack of available dates till 27-08-16 wen I went back around 11 it was lack of available date till 03-08-16.

I'm asking because I checked by 8.20am it said no available dates till 3/8/16 and at 8.54am it had changed to 10/8/16. So when did they release the date? I'm confused at this people.

You have to keep checking or you mail the consular officer and tell them you have been trying to get a date but no date, that how can they be of help, that was what I did and they told me when I should check, and to God's glory I got it the very day i was told to check, maybe you should do the same.

no I have paid been accepted already I pay for acceptance fees last week so waiting for the school to send me admission letter then I come to Nigeria to do my visa and do my legislation too

I though the new rules for the universities is that legalisation should be done first before admission, most schools write it plainly on their website while others inform you when you contact them.

Legalization for PolisH uni is done during visa application first at MFA, abuja if you are in Nigeria and then at their embassy. Unless if the school you're applying to requests you do it before they admit you then you must.

Hey, get admission first, then go to d website to find out exactly what you will legalize WAEC results for sure, Get embassy appointments for visa sometimes theyre hard to get, also you need to have money in your own account if ur brother is your sponsor he should write you a letter stating he is and attach his bank statement and yours too. You can Pay school fees once you have your admission letter in your hands.

I never said we were perfect as a country neither does it mean that Poland has more resources than Nigeria, read my comment as a country we are rich and we have the resources and can be better if only our govt n people will do whats right no one would need to beg for visas to such countries as you mentioned. There is money in Nigeria but circulatuon is poor, but in Poland the little resource is well utilized. Then Our people still compound issues by going out there to give the country a bad name and image, which we have to avoid. Everyone traveling out want to give themselves the best opportunity but then not everyone is genuine. All Im trying to say is if you're not sure of what you're coming here to do, getting it done, packing your bags and leaving when your time is up don't bother coming to cause problems for these people and disgrace your country. it's good that even we should respect ourselves.

Don't be confused man. Go do IGI or Mansard dey r valid in schenghen countries! Dnt spend 2much! Get dir student package. The reason for 16month insurance is dey will ask 4 it wen u go 2 renew ur visa if u weren't given visa 4 ur course duration.

Hey hun, purchase travel health insurance for up to 16months if possible. If not, I believe 12 months would do. The €30k is usually the max payable amount (varied depending on the issue) for an incident or repatriation in the case of death. I hope this helps. X

@Pasdeprix. I was at the embassy last friday, I have paid my school fees in full but the consular did not request for it. Even though I had it with me going into the interview. The school said they emailed the receipt of payment to the embassy. The only documents that was collected from me is bank statement, sponsor letter and my passport and was asked to come back in 2 weeks.
Does it mean I have been given the visa, as they said I have to wait until a decision is made before I can legalize my documents at the embassy.

Even if dey didn't ask u for it dir. They will ask d school and dey will search for it in ur bank statement. Hope u also included d letter from Min of Edu. Once ur sch confirms ur coming documents n payments they will give u!
