Well noted. I appreciate your points.

OyoTunjiUSA:

🤠

1. I will chose any Public (government owned) institution over the private ones every time. The USA consulars also think, that paying tuition fee in American public institutions is a big task for majority of foreign applicants (especially from developing nations) , now comparing the scenario with paying tuition fees in private institutions (which are always double or triple in studentship charges). The only exemption is when you have full fundings or you are from a very wealthy family or sponsor.

2. The best category of F1- VISA applicant whose dependency VISAS (F2) is usually considered as reasonable is a PhD application.
MSc F1-VISA applicant, who is applying straight-away with the nuclear-family is not highly recommended. *. Are you an MD/CEO who is going on full sponsored trip by your organisation? * Are your wife and daughter in danger at home ? * Are you a very wealthy business man who just wanted to create VISA opportunities for his family ? Is your daughter in the University or not in school yet? Is your wife not working ?

3. Those are the questions in the mind of the assigned VISA team, the moment you submitted your VISA application (DS-160). Also, remember that you must prove ties to Nigeria, and your best ties are those wife and kid you want to travel along with.

PS: Your planned trip is possible, yes, very few MSc applicants has done it before, however with reasonable and and highly convincing applications.

PS: If your wife does not work , and daughter not in school , then nobody have any ties, so you can all just migrate. If they have their own commitments, why do you want to take them away for the whole duration of almost 2-years of study ?

🙏

Hey guys,

Special greetings.

I got admission at Saint Louis University (private institution) with a global grad scholarship of 7,000 dollars and University of Texas, Dallas (public institution) with no scholarship. Course of study at both institutions is MSc Supply Chain Management. Sponsorship is company account. Application with wife and daughter.

Kindly share your opinions on the pros and cons of these schools, best choice, visa success rate etc.

Thank you.

I'm grateful.

harmonyedu:
You will need a USD Card to make the payment as your naira card won't work.

If you have a dorm account, fund it and pay from there.

Have been trying to pay for the $235 CAD (study permit and biometric) with my first bank naira card on the new portal but the transaction declined.

Please provide info on the way forward. Thank you.

Nice. Thumbs up 👍👍👍

tunde1200:
It's a welcome development and congratulations to the Airpeace management.

I will advise as an aircraft engineer with much experience that what kills Arikair Ltd is this kind of London and JFK route.
They should be on top of their game.

We go hear the outcome.

MomohMrMoore:
That is unconstitutional. The police is to prosecute not handling him over to soldiers. Thats a breach of his rights. Thats how the soldiers got involved in the first place in a community fights thats police should have handled.
