Elderniercri: I am still in Nigeria. Waiting to start the VFS process. My School rescheduled resumption till next year. Talk to the school you wish for first. Malta schools help with the Visa Process. |

pman06: All schools in Malta are actively recruiting new students. About VISA, just get your documents right, you will get it. 1 Like |

eye2sabi: The Visa Processing Unit will evaluate your visa application for a possibility and compliant with a 90days entry visa. However, other documents must justify study as a purpose of visa. However it suffice to have as much as 3000euro or more for this entry visa stage. Based on GBS Malta seminar, you only need to show 3000euro as PoF in your account for the entry visa. For the Permanent Resident visa for study, you need to show 6000euro + 12 months accommodation or 12000euro -- this will be done when you are already in Malta. About my German; I have started learning. That was the second reason I cancelled my visa appointment. I feel I should have German language certificate first. I will do this when I am Malta. |

eye2sabi: German Chance Karte for the Malta Visa -- I let go of the Opportunity Card Visa Appointment because I had already made a tuition payment at Malta. And DE will hold on to my Passport for months. Hence, I dont want to loose my money at Malta. Malta PoF: There are 2 stages to this PoF. Monthly, its 1000euro. For Study, you need 2 kinds of visas: Entry Visa (90days) and Residency Visa (12months) For 90days visa, you need 3000euro with 4weeks accommodation contract (minimum). For 12months residency, you need 6000euro with 12months accommodation contract or 12000euro (without accommodation). Better the money is in your account. And source is well justified. There are more scrutiny at the time of Entry. But Residency has no much scrutiny. You can message me personally. Ill revert. I will reattempt DE once I have got my Malta Residency in 2025. |

digitaccountant: The issue is, Germany Visa Appointment is in September. They will hold on to my Passport for God knows how long. The Malta Visa Appointment is in October. My problem with Germany is my German is 0. However, my English is C1 (Advanced). If Germany wouldn't hold on to my Passport, it would have been better. I never envisaged that the Germany Opportunity Card visa appointment would come out this early. I was expecting 2025. |

digitaccountant: @digitaccountant, I need your advise. Should I drop Malta for Germany (Opportunity Card) or I continue with Malta processing. My Malta Institution MCAST postponed my resumption to January 2025. Visa processing will start in October 2024. However, Germany has given me a date for Opportunity Card Visa Appointment; which is earlier than that of Malta. Should I go for Work Hunting with BSc in Germany (and later in 2026 start part-time MSc), or Should I just focus on my MSc at Malta MCAST or University of Malta (gave me admission too). And later chase Germany. Germany is my real final destination. I just want to use Malta as a stepping stone (since Study Visa appointment for Germany is too tedious like Czech) Anyone can advise as well. Cos I am a little confused at the moment. |

akinmademic: Dont mind them, 3hours 10mins later, I got a decline mail. I am leaving them for good. Malta all the way. If you are still interested in re-applying in July, 2024: just send your email at 7:00am WAT. Better still, schedule the email fews hours before the time. Auto sender will send it at 7:00am WAT. Just ensure your internet is good and stable. I believe, I made the quota but they had to take me out for some of their special/VIP applicants. Otherwise, I should get a rejection within 2mins. |

May our joy never be cut short! Amen. This Czechia people just declined my student visa appointment, 3 hours and 10 minutes later. Anyway, never put your eggs in one basket. Let me keep pushing for Malta. I pray God helps me. Amen. |

It seems like I got an appointment today for a Student Visa Interview. It's been more than 90mins, no quota-full message. Also, I used a friend's email to send another email for an appointment, but that one got an immediate rejection. The issue now is that I have begun another visa process with another country. Though not started the interview but paid the tuition fee already. Can someone kindly advise me: Malta or Czechia: which is preferable? I am in Tech. |
