Q1) "I have not submitted the 1st application after I received ITA". This isn't very clear bro. Kindly explain. You cannot received ITA until your application is submitted so I'm confused here.
When you get your ITA, you have 90 days to complete the eAPR forms (i.e submit finally). Only after all the online biographical information that has been entered is complete will a “personalized” document checklist be generated by the system. You have to upload all documenst and submit within the 90 days which starts counting from when you received ITA.
Q2) If you realise your funds will be less than what you indicated when you were filling your EE profile, I believe you can edit it but make sure it is not lower than the required amount on the CIC website.
Q3) No idea - but I am assuming Lagos Island maybe your closest (not sure though)

I think you made a mistake in Q1 though...did you mean to say "do I need gift deed"? you surely need PoF for you application.

Yes 2 statements of account from two DIFFERENT banks will suffice. It is advisable to provide a uk address for them to post the cert to...then you get someone at that address to scan it to you. This will obviously be someone you know (friend or family). It's faster that way then giving a nigeria postal address.

Thanks Jenny, but i am not registered in any hospital . I can do a change of address for my other bank. My DL is about to expire, but i am not sure how soon i can get the renewed one. (phew) Will it be ok to use two bank statements stating the same address ?

Yes you can still create your EE profile regardless, this is what i did, when i got the required IELTS band score, i updated my profile.

Thanks for the quick response and guidiance you provide, but i must say the more i read, the more it gets hard to graps what next to do.

Here is my situation:

1. I've got my ITA, and currently getting funds from those who owe me, business deals and from my bestie as well. The account which i am using recently got to a very low balance, and now it's increasing to the tune of 3.2m+. The funds coming in from my bestie (> 1m+), deals and friends <700k. Do i need Gift Deed for them all or just the one >1m+?

2. Can someone help with a usuable Gift Deed/Affidavit and LOE format please?

3. For my Police Certificate (UK), i live in an estate (NG) and the utility bill is not in my name, i need two proofs of my current address, i have my bank statement as one, what else can i use for this purpose? NB: My DL has a different address.
