It wouldn't surprise me if Reno Omokri, despite his past criticism of Tinubu, receives a lucrative appointment in this government, while genuine supporters remain unrewarded.

I am suspecting the Indian PM visit was to come and pacify the president on some current reform that is affecting the Indians business interest in Nigeria. The president quickly dash him an honour calling him "a friend of Nigeria" before the meeting so as not to demand things that will ground Nigeria's current reform and revenue interest drive.

I think the national honour is meant for recognition of efforts and contributions to service and humanities. I expected these honours not to be reserved for only big men or senior officials.
