THEY WANT TO RETURN MY GOODS AND ASKING ME TO PAY FOR RETURN LABEL AND I AM WILLING TO DO SO BUT I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY RIGHT NOW FOR THE RETURN LABEL SO I ASK THEM TO GIVE ME 2 WEEKS TO GATHER THE RETURN LABEL BUT NO THEY WON'T AGREE WITH ME . I AM NOT BOTHERED CAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I AM DEALING WITH THEM ..

This people are thief and a big scam , i have issue with them too.. today making the 22 days i paid them for shipment of phones which the invoice is included , I was ask to provide a invoice and a screen shot of credit cards and bank statement ... I have proved and i was even threaten by them( i have email evidence) first i was told that the dimension of my goods is not shown in the invoice they have with them after 18days i paid them without hearing anything from them no email nor calls .... after they keep asking me for credit cards screen shot and bank statement.. I have not heard where goods have been ship with those kind of information the only thing they need is invoice cause i have used fedex, usps, ups before and the only thing i provide them is invoice. I paid this people $150.32 for shipping including custom clearance... I ask the buyer of the phone to contact them still yet they are still asking me for the credit card screen shot.. Pls what do they need the credit card information for? They keep hanging calls on me now and each time i ask them question they keep dodging the questions... This people are thief and i am not sure they are legit company ...I made a mistake not doing research on them before using them .. My first time of using shoptomydoor is a very bad and cruel one ... i advice people not to use them again cause they are thief.. Return my good they to where it coming from yet they cannot... i even said i will provide a return label still yet they want credit card screen shot. I have write them severally and call but all to no avail . Release my goods or be expose to the world
