Job holder will be responsible for making sure the facility and their services meets the need of our guests and staff who work in them.

She/He will manage all aspects of building maintenance on a daily basis including electrical, elevator operations, washing machines & other mechanical equipment, air conditioners, generators, fire safety, plumbing, water treatment, painting, live plants, parking and much more.

She/He will direct, coordinate and perform routine, preventive and emergency interior / exterior maintenance and repairs to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of hotel operations.

Candidate should have a degree in Engineering and/or related field, extensive facility management experience, upwards of five (5) years, emergency reflexes, technical skills, project leadership and reporting capabilities.
