NYSC / Re: 2024 Batch A Stream 2 Important Update by Phummielahyo: 3:37pm On Apr 18
Good afternoon Seyi, please I have a sister that was supposed to be in Camp yesterday but hasn't gone because her institution just dropped her department's notification of result and her's wasn't sent. She has been in her institution since the break of dawn and she's yet to be attended to.
I want to inquire the possibility of her redeploying and still getting the same place of service since she worked her posting to Lagos

WHEN PCM CAN SAFELY REPORT TO CAMP

When call up letter is out, there will be different reporting date for each person on your call up letter, it will be either 17th, 18th till 21st April, but when exactly can you report to camp to meet up with camp registration.

Fact is that the registration you did in cyber cafe is just one of two registration and your NYSC registration is not complete if you are not registered in camp and for you to register you have to report before portal is closed for camp registration. This is not announced to the public.

You can report on the following days:

1. The date on your call up letter

2. Any of the days between 17th April till 25th April

3. You can report earlier than you were ask to report if you want to go earlier.

4. If you are reporting later than one week after camp opening, it must be based on a very genuine reasons.

5. You can report a day before camp opening day, that is on 16th April.

Plan yourself, travel at convenience and don't rush anything. Accident due to poor travel plan contribute very high to death rate in the scheme. Stay alive, stay jigi

Stay tuned

If you have medical report for relocation, listen attentively

1. Print the medical report out
2. Get it signed
3. Scan it and keep it on your phone for uploading online

NYSC DG just changed the procedure to uploading it online rather than submitting it in camp.
