How long does it take for your results to be authenticated at ministry of education and foreign affairs.. And is it only the waec result that is needed?

Hi,I applied to EMU in north Cyprus and I received an email from them that my application had been accepted and I would receive my acceptance letter within 2 to 3 working days and its almost a week now. I want to know if it’s normal to have a delay in the acceptance letter and why.. Thanks
