I began the process of immigrating to Canada through the study route in 2019. The agent who filed and processed my last applications messed up too many things and kept me in jeopardy of never being able to get approval. Very simple here ......he was in way over his head and did not have the necessary knowledge or experience to deal with my case. But after I had contacted @Frankrobbn1 the MD/CEO of fandrglobal.com, the whole story changed. I must say that Frankrobben is a genius and a God-sent who rescued me from my difficult condition after four (4) visa refusals. May God bless @Frankrobbn1 as he gave me hope when all hope was lost.

My last application was denied on the basis of insufficient and available funds to pay for my tuition fees and to maintain myself during the proposed period of my study in Canada. I was very devastated and heart-broken when I got the refusal letter from IRCC in June 2020. Seeing the success stories being shared on this platform about @Frankrobbn1, I decided to take a bold step by reaching out to him for assistance with my complex case and it was the best decision I ever made.

To summarize my case, Frank professionally analysed the reasons for the refusal and encouraged me to order for my GCMS notes in an effort to obtain the factual concerns of the visa officer. After I had received my notes, he took his time to review my notes and gave me timely advice adjusted to reality, thus setting my expectations.

He took up the application and shared his expert advice that I should pay the entire two years tuition fees and have funds left for my living expenses during the two year duration of my studies. During the waiting period, Frank had always followed up with drafting emails sent to IRCC for expeditious processing of my application.

He gave me the direct contact number of the Member of Parliament in Newfoundland in June 10, 2021, who submitted an enquiry on my behalf to IRCC seeking for an update on my application. After getting a response from the MP, my eligibility review which has been on hold for more than 15 weeks immediately commenced.

@Frankrobbn1, I truly appreciate your support during this difficult challenging time. Your help has been invaluable; I don't know how I would have managed without your help and support. Again, thank you so much. I sincerely appreciate your generosity. Thank you so much for being there for me. It means more than I can say.

For those who are looking at this and thinking if it is a good idea to work with @Frankrobbn1, I say to you: at first it may not seem like a considerable investment, but if your intention is to have a hitch-free Canadian immigration process, it is really worth it. Personally, I paid for him to handle my difficult profile and his expertise made all the difference in my application. I am infinitely grateful.

I appreciate you all individually and collectively for a job well done on this platform. Success to everyone expecting an update. Thank you

Lastly, where are my fellow MUN scholars,  please let's connect oooo.

It has ended in praise! Never Give Up on your dreams!

I really want to thank the gurus and everyone who contributes on this platform and those who keep the platform going. Started from the previous thread, and this is where I got the needed info and direction that I used for the application. Started ffw since August last yr. I didn't respond to questions b4 cuz omo, na when your application pass you go know if you sabi or not o.
Ist Time applicant
Nov 19 - application submitted
Nov 21 - biometrics collection letter
Nov 24 - upfront medical passed
Nov 25 - biometrics done
Dec 15 - eligibility review started (submitted with all NSE docs, guess that's why I didn't get the request)
Jan 5 - the IELTS result i submitted expired
Jan 6 or 7 - 1st ghost update
Jan 12 - 2nd ghost update
Jan 19 - 3rd ghost update
Feb 4- Request letter for MBS, Ircc said the one sent earlier was showing statement not available to be reviewed. Requested and uploaded new MBS same day.
Feb 16- 4th ghost update
Feb 18- woke up to the 5th ghost update
Silence- Started sending web forms and mails from 1st March. Increased frequency of sending web forms and esp mails from 15th March, infact started sending mails everyday at some point. Kept praying and thanking God for an approved application.
March 6- requested for GCMS notes- not gotten it btw.
March 24 - BVL and PPR!!!

-Sponsors- hubby and self. All funds in mutual funds. My cash flow in my acct was consistent tho, not like I had millions sitting in the naira account, but you ll see salary come in.
-No property attached (I didn't have then, I was initially worried about this, but I put it God's hands.
-Attached my letter from work and ID
-Hubby's ID,letter from work, statement of account, sponsorship affidavit and letter
-My car ownership docs
-My pension statement
-Offer letter of a new job upon return
-Volunteer letter showing I currently volunteer at the new job
-BSc certificate and transcript, nysc certificate
-Certificate of courses I had taken in proposed study, which includes 2 LinkedIn courses by the way.
-Then professional membership of proposed study

Program: PGC - Business Analytics
Admission: initially Winter 2021- March start date, then deferred to Spring 2021 - May start date, when visa didn't show on-time
My BSc which I had a 2.1 in, current work and proposed study are not in the same field. But... the proposed study is what I really really want to do. I passionately wrote about it in my LOE, the benefits and job prospects. Showed what I have done to upskill myself in relation to the proposed study, taken courses and volunteering role. The new offer of employment is also in the field of proposed study.
So basically, I think it's about being able to convince the VO, your study should have a logical and feasible end. Infact,I got an MBA admission, but I decided to go with the PGC, because I could speak more to my reasons for pursuing that. I don't think my SOP would have been as solid for the MBA.  Play to your strength, put your best foot forward.Pray, pray and pray.
So I hope this encourages someone.
What God cannot do doesn't exist!!!

Congratulations

My fellow nairalanders, this is no time to cry this is a time for solidarity, we have been overlooked ND treated badly, which makes me think if this is racism, because the refusal rate is so disheartening and sad. Many prospective students met the immigration requirements yet their visa were being denied, this guys have a twitter account and it's we all go and call their attention using their twitter handle, to checkmate the Kenya embassy, based on how they are handling nigeria study applicants file, if they don't want us to apply anymore they should tell us so we know, I think someone has done that already right now on twitter and I urge u guys to do the same let's call on ther attention, a robot could be deciding peoples faith who knows, calling their attention in a platform like twitter, its the easiest way to tell them how we feel, I believe after doing this their might be positive response. Because it could be the main Canada immigration embassy have no idea about this happenings

Totally agree with you. We Can #tag the Prime minister of Canada as well, let make this go viral

Hi
I noticed in my checklist that in the box, out of other documents I submitted, there is proof of english proficiency. But when I was filing my application I filled that my first language is English and I skipped the proof of english part. So I dont know why the space is there. I thaught MUN doesnt need this for master's. Please should I be worried? Cause the gap is just empty there.

You need a letter from your school, stated you are taught in English
