I am sorry to pass this news: MBA sustained a huge loss they can never recover from, this was how maxwell lost it in 2004, that guy is an aggressive trader, he can make 50% in a day and also lose 50% in a day, unfortunately, he could not bounce back in 2004, such returns in forex trading are only possible with high leverage which in my view is pure gambling, the same thing is about to repeat itself 16years after the first crash. incase you don't get your money, take heart, Maxwell may have good intentions, but the market does not care about your good intentions if you break its risk management rule. best of luck guys

Dear MBA investors,

As a fellow investor here with MBA, I just came across the news on their various social handles about deferring all pending payments to corresponding dates in December. I thought it will help someone out there to get clarity on what they mean.

For example, if you are yet to be paid by 5th November, you will now get yours by 5th December, unfailingly. This is so for all pending payments for November.

For September/October pending payments. Visit your branch as this is not related to the migration plan. There's a problem somewhere and you ought to have been paid by now. Your branch will work on it, if trashed out early, you'll be paid by agreed December date.

For investors whose contracts have ended or ending while they are waiting for the last ROI to enable statement of account printing. You will have to wait till your corresponding dates in December to get paid, then you can rollover or just terminate your contract. Your capital and a month extension (November ROI) will be paid to you.

MBA is saying that all pending November payments have been moved to December, and that November ROI is now added to your contract as (x months + 1). So, for a 12 months investor, it is 12 + 1. Even if you terminate, you will still get your 1 month extension owed.

Additionally, for MBA dollar investments, it's been cancelled and refunds will be made in December unfailingly too. The CBN restrictions on Dollar are not favourable to the business which is really understandable with all these messed up economic policies of the government.

Unfortunately, I'm not of those expecting ROIs this month! I've taken my mind off it, and focusing on other moneymaking venture...

...doesn't mean I've given up on MBA and my ROIs! I've made contacts, gotten the highest assurance necessary to have peace of mind!

MBA will bounce back and pay my ROIs...and even if they don't bounce back (just assuming), I'll still get my capital back! I can't yell you more on this...as someone rightly put it; it's everyman for himself!

That would still require some migration from NGN to BTC (or any other Crypto). Plus it adds another layer of work for intending and existing customers. Not ignoring the fact that it could easily be latched on to by naysayers as proof that MBA is a con seeing that a lot of folks associate cryptos with fraud.

But tbh, some Nigerians can be stupid! A very junior colleague was almost beaten blue and black by soldiers at a checkpoint some months back...why? At the checkpoint, he questioned the soldiers' authority to conduct their usual check on his vehicle, and even refused to open his trunk to be searched! It took intervention for him to be spared...after two or three belts had already landed on his back! Las las, he still opened his trunk for them to search!

Many Nigerians are like that...they turned themselves to suspects with their behaviors!
