The one week fun filled showcase designed for an excellent way to learn continues with several conceptual and exciting activities. The old school day was a blissful gathering with gayly colors and funny costumes.
Day 5 was a remarkable experience as the students set out to offer health care consultation services, gifting aged and market women the opportunity to benefit from their BLLOD PRESSURE TEST and TEMPERATURE leaving a smile on their faces as they rejoice outside the venue the consultation service held OJA MARKET, IFO PAPA OGUN STARE.
No doubt, the one week program was full of fun and laughter and the students also use this opportunity to put smiles on the faces and joy in the heart of the less privileged. They embarked on a journey to ABEOKUTA to visit the JUVENILE CORRECTIONAL HOME gifting them with food and toiletries items. Indeed, it was a one week laud full of unique activities.
The department week slated to end on the 14th of April 2019 with amazing features like SPECIAL DEPARTMENTAL SHOWCASE, AWARD NIGHT AND GRAND FINALE has promised to be an history to be remembered.

Public and Intl relations are the vehicle used to project image of an events or happenings both local and internationally, such that people would be aware and be informed. Without international relations, we would not be talking of peace around the world. PIR is the light that illuminate hidden information's of oppression, racism, slavery, trafficking and host of other anti-human social behaviors. Most NGOs would not be able to achieve their objectives without PIR platform. PIR enables world leaders to come together regularly to dialogue on international peaceful coexistence, bilateral relationship and how to make world a better place for all.

The Olabisi Onabanjo University Consults (hereinafter called “the University Consults) with Headquarters located at no 21, Igbeba Road, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, is an integral part of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State Nigeria.

The OOUC was put in place on May 1992 running both Professional Diploma and Higher Diploma to meet with the challenges confronting young school leavers to gain admission into higher level of education and to attain good and quality Education in Nigeria.

The GKN, formally known as Par Excellence Educational Services (PES) is a registered limited company with the Corporate Affairs Commission. The GKN is an indigenous organization staffed with high qualified professional lecturers and experts, who are service-driven and first class resources in educational services.

Par Excellence Educational Service (PES) which metamorphosed into Gate of Knowledge Nigeria Limited had been in existence for over twenty years (June 4th , 1992) in educational programmes. There is a popular saying that ‘IF YOU CANNOT PREVENT THE RAPE, ENJOY IT”. That explains the beginning of my journey to success in my career as a Public Relation Officer. I have always wanted to study Theatre art but when the admission came, it was with a different course. Today, I am super happy because with my talent I can explore in performing art and with all I study I can become an expert in my fried. My journey studying Public and International Relation has been blissful. Thanks to all my potential lecturers of the OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY CONSULT IFO CAMPUS and to my beloved course mates Cheers to you all!
My perspective to life in general has been directed towards recognizing opportunities, knowing challenges and knowing success. PIR is a one of a kind, it centers on all aspect of academic and nation sector. I am pleased with my course and I am blessed to be one of those in this generation that is set to become icons of Public and International Relation.

The study and practice of PIR is interdisciplinary in nature, blending the fields of economic, history and political science to examine topics such as human right, global poverty, the environment, economics, globalization, security, global ethics and the political environment. International relation provides you with great insights on foreign affairs, public policies, international development, economic trends, social issues, law and many more.
Some popular jobs in PIR include: diplomacy work, lobbying, political analysis, international law, communication specialist, intelligence specialist.

FOREWORD FROM THE DIRECTOR OF STUDIES, IFO OOUC

The concept of education in general has to do with the development of the human being. It is nothing less than learning to live and the task is not an easy one because the development of human personally is a complex one. It involves different aspects of individual such as the physical, intellectual, social, moral, spiritual, aesthetic and so on. Every nation/society has its own system of training and educating its youths.

Education, as an indispensable asset has a lot of multidimensional beneficial effects in any field it is practised; it develops individual awareness and sensitivity to the world, the community and humanity.

These attributes which are in contrary to the number of young school leavers who gain admission into higher institution per year in this country Nigeria, made us realize that it is high time we set intellectual road to build our youth professionally through technology, wealth, status and power.

The GKN has, for some years, been an official partner of OOUC, EKSUC and SUNC where students receive lectures under conducive atmosphere by offering individual academic and professional attention to students to reach their full potentials and exciting range of social, cultural and recreational activities.

Admission into OOUC, EKSUC & SUNC is not automatic. Series of exams will be conducted through the supports of NGO- scholarship scheme before any student could be admitted.

At OOUC, EKSU & SUNC centres, our students gain practical experience through the best lecturers, practical assignment, field trips and various projects.

For many years, concerted efforts have been made and the results have proven beyond any doubt which has actually helped many students to gain admission into higher levels in different universities both locally and internationally.

Our administrative and departmental offices are broadly open daily for individuals and groups of any representative who are ready to project the image of the institution.

Parents' forum is yearly conducted for all the candidates who have gained admission into our institution for transparency and to create academic awareness of the programme as alternative to UTME in Nigeria.
