I hope all your documentations are supercharged?

The only thing the tribunals require is evidence that I own a property which from the rental income I receive, I pay tax on

so basically all they need is Land registry papers that I own a property and self assessment forms from my accountant or HMRC that I pay tax on the rental income I receive. I can easily obtain this from the council and HMRC/Accountant because that is all they require at the hearings. The rest they are satisfied on.

However what is sad is that the document was stamped on May 2016, and its taken nearly a year for it to come to our house. Even the UK did not know the time frame because all the documents were sat in INDIA!

Normal in the sense of physical representation or abstract?
If the latter is the case, simply make your documentations speak for you and through you, by way of including all relevant documents that would help facilitate a positive outcome......... ..

I will have a oral hearing at the courts in behalf of my wife who I made the application for. Am I able to submit new evidence at the day of the hearings?

What type of appeal did you pay for? View the appeal process as a new application but requires supercharger and a BI Turbo enhanced submission... .. ... ..

Paid for the normal appeal process, Spouse visa to be heard at Tribunals.

Hi, Spouse Visa Application

- Submission : Nov 2015 (in India)
- Refusal : Jan 2016
- Appeal : Feb 2016
- Listed : July 2016
- Still awaiting court date

My Local MP wrote to immigration this month and they replied, upto 11 months on average and in some cases longer from the date the hearing was LISTED to get a court date.

My question is, How is the appeal courts on the day? is it formal, informal etc? what sort of questions do they ask?

Am I able to submit new evidence to the courts? Tickets to India in Feb 2016 and Oct 2016? new pictures with my wife? Whatsapp chat, Skype call logs etc?

I did not (and I wish I did my research) submit call logs with my wife in the original submission and the ECO belive my marriage is not genuine. What questions will the courts ask on the day of the appeal.

Your answers will help me a lot in preparing when the day awaits
