1. I am meant to speak to the Doctor Later. Usually, in cases like this, we request for a letter from the hospital with the details and cost of treatment, I am waiting to get that from the Dr on Wednesday. As soon as i do, i will post it here.
2. We need the Medical report from UNTH before we can seek a second opinion.
3. Thats my appeal too, please dont send money to till we know where and when the surgery will hold

I been to other forums, their main topics are important topics, not this childs play we have.

The boy is apparently being treated at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, the questions you donors should be asking are

(1) Who is his doctor at UNTH and what exactly is he treating him for.

(2) Why is there still the confusion as to whether he is going to India or not for his surgery. The simple truth is that the required surgery can be done and should be carried out in Nigeria. I have posted a list of specialist surgeons who will be able to help if and when contacted, I'm not sure if anyone has tried to do this.

(3) It seems clear that his so-called uncle is scamming the money donated by well meaning individuals by diverting the funds for his own use, so anyone donating any fund should be made aware of who the final recipient of the fund is.

The most critical thing to do now is to find the appropriate hospital in Nigeria where his treatment can be carried out before you guys send your money to anyone.
