Thank you for your responses. The building is a duplex and I'd to post the plan here so I can be advised accordingly. The foundation and flooring has been done but now I want to modify it to: * Include a gym with big windows , * Move the Maid's room "inside". * Eliminate the guest room downstairs. * Maintain 3 bedrooms upstairs. * Reposition the study and laundry room, if need be. * Master bedroom to access the balcony. * Modern staircase. With looooots of natural light. (I hope I'm not asking for too much). Please, see attached photos. Many thanks.

Hello, everyone. Can a building plan be redesigned, even when the foundation+flooring has been done, please? |

Hello, everyone. I have a valid visa that expires March, 2021 and my passport expires in September. I'd like to apply for a 2-year visa. Do I have to wait until the current visa expires? And my passport, how do I go about it, please? Thank you. |

Yes to all the questions. I'll try paga. Thank you.
Do you have sufficient funds and did you enter your correct card details? If yes, you may need a paga account to make the payment process seamless. Creating a paga account doesn't take time and it can be done from the comfort of your bedroom.
|

Hello everyone. I'm in the middle of filling my children's (3) application. All under age 10. I have a valid visa. 1.How do I get their applications to be treated as one? Is it possible to link their applications? (Forms, submission, apppointment/biometrics, collection etc) Please, note that we're using a single letter of invitation that carries all their names. 2. The cost of travelling part, is it right to fill just their flight expenses? Or do I need to include shopping, sightseeing and others? 3. Do I need to draw up an itinerary for them too? 4. Apart from their letter of invitation, host's documents, school records, birth certificates , father's payslips and bank statements, what other documents should I include please? Thank you in anticipation of your help. |

Greetings, sir. I'm no expert but I just feel all that space for a bar isn't necessary when you can just set up a beautiful, little bar cart in a corner in your dining area (or living room) and your laundry equipment(s) can be incorporated into the kitchen cabinetry if it isn't more than 2 front loaders. Voila! A bigger kitchen. xzibukz: 1 Like |
