Thank you for your responses. The building is a duplex and I'd to post the plan here so I can be advised accordingly.
The foundation and flooring has been done but now I want to modify it to:

* Include a gym with big windows ,
* Move the Maid's room "inside".
* Eliminate the guest room downstairs.
* Maintain 3 bedrooms upstairs.
* Reposition the study and laundry room, if need be.
* Master bedroom to access the balcony.
* Modern staircase.
With looooots of natural light. (I hope I'm not asking for too much).
Please, see attached photos. Many thanks.

Hello, everyone. Can a building plan be redesigned, even when the foundation+flooring has been done, please?

If you have 6 months or more left in your passport before your application date then you don’t need to renew your passport. Though at some point you will be travelling with two passports.. one expired with visa on it and the other current with no visa on it.

Thank you.

Hello, everyone.
I have a valid visa that expires March, 2021 and my passport expires in September.
I'd like to apply for a 2-year visa.
Do I have to wait until the current visa expires?
And my passport, how do I go about it, please?
Thank you.

Congratulations!
Mine are three boys. Lol.

Has anyone flown Virgin lately, please?
Did you take a COVID test ?

The website says we have to but Wakanow says no need. Who do we listen to bayi? We already paid for tickets.

Good afternoon!
I picked up my children's passports toady. Visas granted.

Thanks to every contributor on this thread. God bless you.

1. For form submission, Everybody has to fill a seperate form. However, link them by referring to each other wherever they ask if you are travelling with any other person. For Biometrics, Try and book appointment for same day even if it is not same time. Go at the first appointment time and let the staff at TLS know, they will merge all 3 applications into one. For collection, once they are captured together, you can be rest assured collection will be together as it is same ECO that will treat the application.

2. When i applied for my kids, all i did was put a bugdet! I didn't breakdown into expense heads. If you choose to, please go ahead and include sightseeing, transportation etc but leave out shopping(It is not a must)

3. Yes. Same itinerary would suffice for all 3kids

4. Include your current visa, expired visa's if you choose to also, marriage certificate. Their school documents will also help. You can get a letter from their educational provider addressed to UKVI to that effect.

I was able to secure the same date for them. Thank you sooooo much.

Pls don't complicate issues, you don't need to use the paga app, just select paga on the payment plan where you have other options like ,.
VISA
MASTER CARD
PAGA ...... choose paga which is the last option, and input your card details, is a smooth ride and payment confirmation will be sent directly to your email...... Peace ✌️

Paga isn't sending verification code. Oh my!
Is it okay to link my card/account to the app?
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Pompoms(f): 12:15pm On Nov 12, 2020
Yes, so I was told. Thank you.

royalmu:
What you can do is to choose same date for all your kids and tell tls officials that they are family so they can all be allowed to go in together for biometrics and they will merge their applications together.

Please, is it possible for me to cancel the previous appointment? Cos I doubt it will still be free for the siblings.

2. I couldn't find the flexi option under self service . Is it only for "assisted"?

I'll do just that. Thank you.

Like iyatrustee said i think you exceeded the monthly limit CBN allows on Nigerian cards per month! Get another person to help you with their GTB card or use the Paga option!
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Pompoms(f): 10:18am On Nov 12, 2020
Yes to all the questions. I'll try paga. Thank you.
Do you have sufficient funds and did you enter your correct card details? If yes, you may need a paga account to make the payment process seamless. Creating a paga account doesn't take time and it can be done from the comfort of your bedroom.
An app? I'll check it out. Thank you.

To save yourself too many stress, you would’ve used Paga... I used Paga to pay mine, it was as smooth as... keep trying, it will definitely go through.

Thank you very much.
Still getting the same message.
Should I cancel the first appointment? It's on Tuesday.

LoyalRoyalty:
It might have been as a result of network error since the first payment was successful. You have to keep trying.

I was up all night trying to pay for my children's applications with my GTBANK card. The first went smoothly but the other two is different. I even tried using Stanbic. And I already booked the first appointment , hoping to link the others.

LoyalRoyalty:
Try and use GTB mastercard if you have access to any. Let's know the outcome.

Do we need to write a cover/consent letter? (As their parents)

Hello everyone.
I'm in the middle of filling my children's (3) application. All under age 10.
I have a valid visa.

1.How do I get their applications to be treated as one? Is it possible to link their applications? (Forms, submission, apppointment/biometrics, collection etc)
Please, note that we're using a single letter of invitation that carries all their names.

2. The cost of travelling part, is it right to fill just their flight expenses? Or do I need to include shopping, sightseeing and others?

3. Do I need to draw up an itinerary for them too?

4. Apart from their letter of invitation, host's documents, school records, birth certificates , father's payslips and bank statements, what other documents should I include please?

Thank you in anticipation of your help.

Good day, everyone.
I'm trying to fill the visa application form for my children ( I have a visa already). We'll be staying with my sister and her family but there's no "Aunt" option in accommodation/host section.
What do I do, please?

Greetings, sir.
I'm no expert but I just feel all that space for a bar isn't necessary when you can just set up a beautiful, little bar cart in a corner in your dining area (or living room) and your laundry equipment(s) can be incorporated into the kitchen cabinetry if it isn't more than 2 front loaders.
Voila! A bigger kitchen.

xzibukz:
Hello everyone.
Pls kindly advise on the proposed floor plan, thanks.

Hello sir.
Can you share the brand name or picture, please?
Most of the ones I see on Amazon have mixed reviews.

Mine was from ebay UK about three years ago and still working as at my last visit to Nigeria before the pandemic.
