macuwon: A relatively familiar customer (in this particular case, an older woman) comes to your store claiming she owns a shop down the other street and describes it for you. Asking you to give her some goods to show a customer waiting for her (this customer could even call her on phone, describing the things he wants)
Since you have seen her face a few times buying from you and she is elderly, you foolishly trust her and give her the goods.
After about 5 minutes, she comes back with the goods, requesting for another one, this time, the goods would worth much more than the last one, promising to return the money or the goods immediately.
You give her, she goes, you wait and wait! You then smell endtime.
You decide to go and check her shop down the street, you hear the endtime message from the people in that area. 'there is no such shop or woman selling in this area' you have been duped!
You then realize its endtime.. You cry.. And the worst is that people would still blame you for being so careless, and maybe its not even ur shop. You end up using your saving for the year to pay!
Be wise! This happened to a friend of mine yesterday, she was duped of goods worth 47k here in lagos.
Endtime thieves everywhere

Family / Re: I Caught My Husband Sniffing My Niece's Pants by pomsky: 9:32am On Dec 01, 2015 |
espionagesavvy: Dear Cynthia I caught my husband of five years sniffing the panties of my 15 years niece. I don't know if I should confront him or let the issue lie. I also think he bought my niece a new blackberry phone because the day I insisted on making my niece tell me where she got the phone, he became too overprotective of her and we almost fought over the issue.
My niece recently lost her father, making my sister a widow who let go of her children to stay with her relatives, that is how my niece came to stay with me, On the 26th of November 2015, I saw him at the backyard next to the heap of clothes my niece brought out to wash, he picked up a pant, my niece's pant and sniffed it, I almost screamed where I was. Also I keep noticing the look they exchange, very flirtatious.
Lastly my niece is acting like she is his wife, she dishes his food even before the children's food, doesn't knock before opening the door of our bedroom, and the most disturbing is, she asks my husband where he is going when he wants to go out as if she is his wife, my husband is 37 and this girl is 15, I suggested to my husband that we send her off to a boarding school, he rejected the idea and even got angry with me saying it will affect the girl psychologically, as if I want to dump her in a boarding house and run away. I want to confront my husband but I have no evidence, and for my niece I respect my eldest sister so much that I don't know what to do, I feel like an outsider in my own home.
P.S. My husband is a banker and also a pastor at our church.
I sincerely need your advice. Thank you.
Sad depressed housewife in Ikeja
........first things first, she's your niece. You have some authority. Second, take her to a female doctor to determine if she's a virgin. If she is, then good for you. Make it a regular impromptu check, every 4 months or so without your husband's permission. Thirdly, buy a spy camera discreetly which can be easily overlooked and doesn't draw any attention, and let it be your monitor. Fourth, i hope you're spiritual. Take you husband's undies and regularly pray over them discreetly. Lie on top of it and pray to God, then pray against the spirit of infidelity in your home and marriage. Fifth, talk to your other sisters about your observations and fears. Hear from them. Sixth, if possible, get her out of your home soonest, something is bound to happen if you don't. It's not becos your husband don't love you, .bt when temptation comes visiting at home and then becomes a resident with you, what do you do? One or the other MUST GO! Since your husband cannot pack out of your house, then the girl has to leave. She just has to. I've come to realise that not all spouses have capacity to house the other sex without indulging in the illicit. Once you've discovered this abt yourself or spouse, take appropriate measures to protect your home. Note:- WE ALL HAVE ONE FORM OF WEAKNESS OR ANOTHER! |

I pray to God to open your eyes clearly for u to read and understand this my little advise here. Listen, i don't know u but if you have wisdom take my candid advise and run for ur life. That girl is highly possessed by demonic kingdom or an agent. You have a great prospect in future, they have seen u already on the realm. They always claim to be so nice in a relationship and looks perfect which they are not. Even don't be surprise u have not known that girl much as you think. There are some hidden life styles of her u may not know which she has been covering from u. The last decision u will allow to come across ur mind is go back to that relationship. never u accept her again and dont forget to take every of ur belongings from her. She is evil, i said so.
From experience which i can not narrate here right now. .........sorry i disagree with you. Did you not read how he said he has dated two virgin's previously and broken up with them for personal reasons? You think this third virgin is not aware of his history of breakups with virgin's in the past? She's done her best to please him and in her mind the only thing she can use to commit this virgin heartbreaker is a blood covenant since they are not yet married. This girl has no problem whatsoever, but the guy has, and he should stay off girls and stop playing with their emotions up to the point the girls get confused and begin to wonder if there's any virtue in being virgins. Blood covenant is a no no, but this guy is the one who has lead the girl to the point of asking for the blood covenant. 1 Like |

holyFRED: Please read bear with me, read to the end and give me your advice(s). I seriously need them
We started dating in January and sincerely, she's one of the best I've met in life. She filled a spot in my life. I loved her personality and her attitude to life; always cool, lively, positive and she's extremely sincere.
All through my life, I've dated just two ladies and they are both virgins(i could bet my life on this) and i don't know if i should consider this a blessing or otherwise but I still left them as I met them cos of some personal reasons.
We've been dating but not until last two months when I noticed that rather than for her to love me, she was being obsessed with me.
She never asked me for a penny throughout our relationship and even when I try to give to her voluntarily, she would refuse and tell me not to make her get used to putting her needs on me. She was just 'too sincere' for me to handle.
Fast forward to why am writing this; Last two months[while we were still together], she called me as usual and we chatted for long before she spoilt my mood. She asked me if I would mind bonding our love through BLOOD CONVENANT to which I gave a fat NO to. I was shocked to my marrows but she started giving me silly reasons like 'I am scared of losing you','I love you so much',e.t.c and i didn't even mention that I'm just 22(far from marriage) and she's 21.
I decided to break up with her a week after that particular call but since then, she always calls or texts me to tell me of how wicked I am,how I made her loose, how I took advantage of her sincerity and genuine love and all those kinda stuffs angry women say.
My question is this: was I too 'harsh' on her with my decision? Am I in anyway guilty of selfishness, heart break or any love related crime?
Did I in anyway take advantage of her? And if I am/have been wrong in anyway, how do I right it?
Romancelanders, please help me Thanks for reading
........to be sincere with you, you have NO business being in a relationship. You're too immature and will end up hurting those close to you. Infact, you have NO SENSE AT ALL to handle relationship matters. Young hearts are frail and need a mature hand to lead them. What message have you sent to the young girl now who did EVERYTHING in her power not to offend, bt please you. But you end up treading upon her pearls. I'm tempted to call you "SWINE". You feel cool you've dated virgins, but broken off with them leaving them "intact" physically, but i bet, not intact emotionally. Mr virgin dater! I'm not saying do blood covenant, bt pls, do you becos of this break off a relationship with someone you claim to love. I have found out by test that many ladies in genuine love with a man will be willing to enter a covenant to show their commitment and genuineness. Many ladies are like that, especially the innocent ones. I've never done it before, but i have seen it over and over! Listen young man, don't you go around or near God's virgin daughters again, till your young skull gets mature. You're causing more harm than good! You feel ur too holy/perfect to tolerate their imperfections, abi? These are young girls who will be cherished, loved, and groomed by more matured hands. Just lay off them for others more mature, and stop leaving them thinking there's something wrong with them. HOLYFREDO! |

Rochas-Okorocha
Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has requested universities in the country and other institutions of higher learning to stop making credit passes in English language and Mathematics compulsory for those seeking admission.
He lamented that the practice of making the two subjects compulsory for admissions has aborted the ambition of many brilliant students who could, for one reason or the other, not credit both subjects, to further their education.
The Governor, who spoke yesterday when the Registrar of the National Examination Council, NECO, Prof. Abdulrashid Garba visited him at the Government House Owerri, with his team, noted that the time has come for all relevant bodies to help the education sector and assist students with the ambition of pursuing higher education.

solomikky: Hello everyone,I'm just a little confused about a mail I got from an oil company sometimes this year, after going through the three stages of their recruitment process. Please I need someone to advice me on what to do.
It all started with a test, after which I was invited for the first interview, being successful at that interview of course qualified me for the final interview with the MD.We had a brief discussion section that lasted for about fifteen minutes, after which I was confidence that the MD was cool with me,with the thought that,an offer letter would be given to me.
Few months after, regret mails were sent to the unsuccessful candidates but I was excepted, just when I was already thanking God for taking me out of the pains of being jobless,a mail came in and turned my mood to that of the wife of a newly elected U.S president that just lost her husband to a vital accident.
Here goes how the contents look like:
Thanks for your interest in applying for a career with us,we are pleased to inform you that you were successful in our interviews. However,we would keep your profile for future openings as we have met the required numbers of recruitment for this financial year.
I tried to put myself together pretending as if nothing went bad,but sincerely, I really want your opinions on if I should keep hope alive, thinking that one day I'll be called to take up the offer letter or forget the chances I have with the company and count my losses. ........are you expecting us to tell you to loose hope? |

rashyfx:
How do you define success? For some business leaders, success is defined by monetary rewards, while others say success is having a positive impact on others.
Most of the Forex traders including me have failed miserably because they have failed to approach the global market in a professional manner , i will be discussing the factors that have caused the failure and still leading more than 95% of traders that are not ready to follow the right path , the following describe some of the factors why most Forex traders are not successful :
Lack of trading plan : If a you does not have a trading plan you are planning to fall for anything your mind come across on the trading platform, which means you are only gambling in the financial market, majority of traders that fail fall in the category of not having a trading plan
Lack of Discipline : Discipline set in automatically when you are always sticking to your good trading plan, a trader without a trading plan has nothing to do with being disciplined . Most traders will not succeed because most of the orders they placed would not give them rest of mind because they are over trading which will eventually lead to FEAR , this kind of traders would be emotionally in-balanced because of GREED.
Taking High Risk/Not Having Good Money management : money management should be the first thing to consider if you have ever dream of becoming a successful trader , most traders chase the profit instead of controlling the risk, when you use a proper money management trading plan even when you are making some mistakes in the market you tend to have chances of correcting yourself till you are able to get to the right channel . Most of us get the wrong information of getting rich quick trading the Forex which led almost all the Nigeria traders to be failure in this business also virtually all the fund manager s failed to deliver to the investors as promised , the most painful part of it is that i still read on this platform where some so called traders / signal providers still pass the information that traders can get rich in few months with just little capital trading the Forex and also they tell us that we could make couple of pips daily without talking about the risk that is attached to it .
I urge all Nigeria traders to please approach the Forex market the way the professionals do it and also our Forex investors should invest wisely with the mindset of getting to know the amount of risk they are willing to take in terms of money , having it in mind that this is what they can afford to loose...Maximum drawdown should not exceed 5%
Another factor that kill Forex traders fast is aiming for unrealistic expectation , most traders gamble just because they want to get rich over night , we need to be wise by now , if it is really working out this way everybody should be rich today . When setting your goal as a trader or investor make sure you are not aiming for unrealistic expectation that will lead to taking some risk you can not afford to take as the fact remains that you will never win all your placed orders . When a trader or investor is aiming for 1% - 5% profit in a month thats realistic expectation , to my greatest surprise i still see some traders and investors aiming for 50% , 100% , 1000% profit in a month which are unrealistic expectation , i call it GAMBLING and this is the mistake we all made then ...
Thanks Olubunmi Rashidat
