It's best to wait for your passport to return before you book your flight. But if you want to take the risk, then kindly at least ensure there are up to 3 weeks (minus the holiday period) between the time you're sending out your passport and your flight date—also include the charge for flight rescheduling in your budget, just in case your passport comes in late.

All the beet Thanks man I received the letter 18th November When I discovered there was nothing I could do about the IELTS, I submitted what I had on the 26th of November The crazy one was the upfront medical I just discovered I had to upload it last week Friday. To anyone that wants to give up, I am begging you not to. Believe me, I can understand the mental torture these applications can give someone.
I am so thankful, I just received my PPR. It feels like I am just breathing well for the first time in months.
I also received the NSE letter, but I submitted only the my Bank statement certificate. In the case of the IELTS, I forwarded them a letter explaining how it was not possible for me to do the exam and get a result before the timeline and attached a waiver letter/mail from my DLI. Please note that this was just my case and I’m not declaring it as Avenue to bypass the IELTS requirement but it is an option in an extreme case.
I got my upfront medical uploaded in a few days by bombarding any and all international IRCC mails I could find. I did this as well as the option of waiting for them to pick my web forms
I want to thank you all for the relevant information. God bless you
Now, onto the passport submission phase. I would really appreciate any and all information I can get on this. The only thing I know at this point is avoid Lagos vfs. 28 Likes 3 Shares |

The medical examination result must have caused it It needs to be clarified, was the person able to submit the medical before the date of the refusal. It wasn’t clearly stated 1 Like |

There is no timeframe, decision can come at anytime and by God's grace yours will be positive, just leave it to the hands of God who has the final approval. I understand the anxiety.
You may want to apply for your GCMS note if you wish. Someone on this forum has not gotten a decision but the GCMS note reads that the application has been approved.
It will end in praise. Thank you very much for this Hopeful for a positive decision |

feclela: I'm in school now to collect English Proficiency Letter but they requested for the schools I am sending it to, they insisted that I provide them with the address even if it's 10 schools.
Not only address but the person in charge like Dean or Admission Officer.
So, I gave them the below address
The Dean, School of Business Cambrian College Bla bla Bla bla Canada.
Is the above address correct or is there anyone with template so I can show to them ?
Thanks Sorry to interject But I noticed Cambrian college which is my DLI I don’t know what you need the English proficiency letter for, but if it’s for the purpose of admission application. I don’t think it would be necessary The format of the letter is fine though No blah blah sha lmao |

You need to upload e medical slip via webform. Your webform will be replied in 11-15 days acknowledging receipt. Then IRCC should update your profile Thank you |

From my experience, IRCC replies webform on average 11-15 days after Wow That means the upfront medical couldn’t have been linked to my account automatically? |

Good morning everyone Glad to be here Thank you for all the relevant information
I’d like to confirm something My upfront medical was uploaded on the 26th of October but The status didn’t change on my gc key It was on this platform that it occurred to me to raise a web form which I did a few days ago So I want to ask if it didn’t matter at all and if it did, how long will it usually take for the web form to take effect |
