Hello, I just stumbled on this platform after several search. I participated in the recruitment process of 2019 and I was told to submit 2 reference letters, after which I haven't heard anything from workforce again. Reading through the comments, is reference letter same as attestation letter? Because that's the last correspondence i had with them. Any info will really help right now. Thanks

I work in FOREIGN OPERATIONS/TRADE SERVICES department of a bank. Below are my job functions:

Resolution of customers request and enquiries on the banks trade products
Review and processing of import using the central banks portal
Process and issues letters of credit, amendments thereon and respond to internal/external enquiries on same;including offshore correspondent banks
Processing of negotiated letters of credit documents
Effecting payments to beneficiaries on deferred, unconfirmed and usance letters of credit
Effect payment of all i visit products: loan repayments, school fees, dividends, medical fees, royalties, insurance, airlines, personal home remittances etc
Process all documentary requests for commercial and non commercial export customers
Preparation, reconciliation and maintenance of NOSTRO accounts
Report generation.
