Hello everyone. Please each time I try to submit my updates regarding my profile on the site . It keeps saying there's something wrong, try again. What can I do please? And they're are not allowing me do the test unless I update my info.

Do it from 12am to around 5am

Same thing happened to me but I persisted until it was successfully submited. I scored 65% for the test.

Just did mine. scored 85%
Wify scored 70%

Is this congratulations stuff true.

I.e someone who scored 35% will not show congratulations?

Or they programmed it for all?

confrim your email and make sure you are using the exact email you used to apply

it's programming 1.2m is selected from initial 5m that applied

it's luck. any question can be programmed. just be calm. it's logic all through

from the overview of an updated profile, i noticed that all my uploaded documents are interchanged. were I uploaded passport turn to Nysc Cert and so forth.
what could be the cause and solution??

Nope, I don't think they are all the same.
I and my friends have been trying it with SSCE (Secondary school as highest level of education) and it has not been going through until we changed the level of education and still uploaded the same SSCE results, then it now went through.

But regardless, we still need to edit it whenever SSCE level of education start going through.

I tried taking the test, but it keep showing that my ID isn't verified...have anyone been able to pass this loop?

you have to verify your bvn then update your profile before you can proceed to the test

I edited again and them submitted, this time it came out all fine. this was done very early in the hours of today at about 2:30 a.m

Okay, I try to edit my profile with the SSCE again, and this time it went through but the Npower website scattered the documents I uploaded to wrong section
