Excluding land, you should be looking at 800k-1mill. The major cost is in the building. But if you have empty rooms even if it is an uncompleted building, then half of that amount will do.

Sorry that I am just seeing this now. Been very busy with our new farm and have not been very much active on this platform. But the spawns are still available.

Good evening. I followed thus thread from page one. Very insightful. You are doing really great.

I am also a mushroom farmer, currently in Jos Plateau state. We have both oyster and ganoderma spawns as well as fully colonized substrate bags.
