codemaniacs: Special interests could mean kickbacks, companies owned by friends who in turn gives bribes, exchange of favours in exchange for another kind of favour, e.t.c. You go school so? You must own a company for you to have special interests there? |

codemaniacs: That remains to be seen. However, any educational institution needs one ingredient to become well grounded and reputable, and that is TIME. Harvard is older than the United States. Oxford and Cambridge are hundreds of years old. Alexandria is THOUSANDS of years old! Import all the professors, the college begins to make a name for itself when its own products become Professors themselves and begin to make impact. |

Jeezuzpick: any institution needs a good recruitment structure to become well grounded and reputable. time is not relevant, its the employees and how well the employees do their jobs that's relevant. |

codemaniacs: Time is relevant, Sir. The people you're bringing in might not stay with time depending on conditions. Remember this is a state government sumtin. Another governor will come in and mess it up. |

Jeezuzpick: that's why I said, good recruitment structure, as long as another governor doesn't mess the recruitment structure then there won't be any issues. |

I wish I can like this comment over and over again. People think it's the big building that makes a good healthcare. A mud hospital that has facilities inside will more likely attract good doctors and deliver quality healthcare than an empty skyscraper. So don't just look at this gigantic hotel-looking big building and think that it'd automatically translate to quality healthcare. That's one of the reasons most doctors in Nigeria are porting outside the country. Asides poor remuneration, lack of facilities that meets their skills are factors that make them emigrate. tunapawizzy: 1 Like |

Scam of the year , good hospital is never rated by structures, but by the content inside, including experience staffs |

The beauty of the building does not matter, what matters is the state of the art equipment it will have and the maintenance of those equipment. |
