Really appreciate your response.
Any other suggestion is welcome

A business handover letter that doesn't show the intention of both parties to transfer the business would be a red flag.

I can draft a formal agreement for you with clauses that enable you take back the business upon certain occurrences which will convince the V.O. Get in touch with me.

OKAY, WHY WILL HE BE ISSUED A WORK PERMIT IF HE WONT USE IT.. Anyway i might be wrong but i feel its against the rules
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE APPLICANT WISHES TO APPLY FOR A PR IN FUTURE, WHAT WILL BE HIS EVIDENCE OF WORK EXPERIENCE

A Student Permit is what is being issued not a work permit, the SP just allow him to work some hours on or off campus which is 20 hours maximum a week, anything more than that is illegal, after completion of his studies, he applies for his Post Graduate Work permit which allows him to secure a job to get at least a year experience which can now be used to apply for PR, there are a lot of jobs which can give u the minimum one year experience required to apply for PR, so it's better for u not to work and concentrate on your studies then after that u apply for PGWP, people work just to get extra cash to support themselves,so my friend it's not required for u to work with a student permit, if you want to work, complete your studies and apply for a PGWP

Given that you've completed a semester in Nigeria, its highly recommended that you should reapply as soon as possible so that your children would accompany you to Canada. A visa that will last until the duration of your program would be granted to your accompanying dependents.

Thanks @ Frankrobbn1 I wish you will be chanced to help review my LOE.

Thank you very much oga Frank.

Being a guru requires lot more research o...let's leave that post for you and other gurus for now. However, I will attempt to provide responses to any questions I can help with.

Thanks a lot for your help.

What a detailed piece of information you've shared about your experience in immigrating to Canada. I hope it stands to motivate others to be dutifully firm and never lose hope.

I'm delighted to hear from you that your application was approved in the end. Thank you for taking the time to share your extensive feedback and I'm glad to be part of your TRV success story. Congratulations to you, I wish you nothing but success in Canada.

Lastly, you've a good potential of becoming a "GURU" in the immigration process of Canada, I hope you consider that position wink wink. We seriously need more capable hands to help out with prospective applicants enquires and complaints.

All the best

Finally, my transcript is available now after 6 grueling long months. Nawa for Naija Schools finally. Last time , I applied for human resources management post graduate diploma at New Brunswick Community college and i was duly rejected after payment of application fee because i had no transcript to attach to the application nor sent to the official school mailing address from my institution. Now i'm more equipped, I need affordable schools that i can apply for a direct masters degree or a post graduate diploma in Canada..... Lekiboboe and others here, I need your input.

I checked out Lambton but they offer only online classes for Human resources management. I possess a Bsc in Government and Public Administration

Anyone with a response to this?

hello everyone been a while here I was denied last year September, so I had to defer to this year. I will like to begin the process again.

just a few questions

1. Is the application process still fully online?
2. Can i still use the medical report I used for my last application(August 2020)?
3. Are there new updates to the application process?

i will still be going through the thread again, but i just needed some clarity on this issue?

I am self employed, a Baker. Though I have B.sc in Applied science. I trained as a Baker almost immediately I left the university about 11years ago. I recently got admission for a two year diploma in Cullinary careers in a college in Alberta, winter, 2022 . I have paid the $1k tuition deposit but yet to apply for SP. I am self sponsoring.I have registered business name though my funds are in my personal account .

Kindly advise which documents I need to submit for NSE? I have also been denied visiting visa before based on travel history but I have since toured Europe after then.

Please I would like to ask.....I applied on Feb 6th with all NSE requirements. I wasnt even sent to do biometrics until Mar 5th.

At this rate, do I day mine has passed normal processing time or I shld just assume that they put me on normal processing.

I had sent them a mail 2weeks ago and they replied with their generic message that they ate working on it.

Pls gurus in the house, what do u suggest I do?

Benquip:
Please first of all check if your application is still within the processing time whether regular or NSE if it has Elapsed do send webforms and mails. That what I did as advised by experienced gurus in this thread...

It will end in PRAISE..

1) Yes , strictly online, paper application ain't available cos of the pandemic

2) I think you can, since it hasn't expired, but wait for response from the gurus about this

3) NSE route is now the new route IRCC process Canada Study Visa Application of Nigerian application, but you can still opt for the Regular Route if you know you are not able to meet up with the NSE requirements

Anyone with a response to this?

It is not based on daily hours, it is weekly. For example, you can work an 8 hour shift on Monday and 10 hour shift on Saturday one week. The next week you can choose to work 4days of 5hours. As long as you don't exceed 20hours per week.
Ideally, you don't want to work too much at the detriment of your studies.

Thanks for your response, your suggestions about the shifts looks a bit flexible.

To the last part, am fully aware of that, thanks for the soft reminder cheesy
