Go to settings,

click apps and notification

Click see all apps

Click on the 3 dots on top right of the screen, select show system apps

Find android setup (5.48mb) and disable it

Good morning all.

The screen of my Umidigi A5 Pro phone spoilt sometime last year, I have been managing it the way it is and recently ordered a replacement screen from Aliexpress which has not yet landed.

But the screen went blank last night and has refused to come on since then. The battery was about 30 something percent when this happened.


Please can anyone suggest how I can get the screen to come on again or what could have caused the blackout?

Any suggestion where I can repair the phone too will be welcomed. I am in Enugu.

It's normal for a damaged screen to stop working along the line....since you have already placed an order for the screen...just chill till it arrives

It's the proximity sensor.....

If you have a screen protector installed, clean it, if that did not work,

Remove the screen protector and clean the screen, if it works, buy another screen protector...

Another thing is just to restart your phone

I HV one protector installed on the fone How do I get a good screen protector?? Umidigi F2.

no specific app. That's just wat is showing there

Tap and hold the notification, click on the gear icon that shows up shortly after. You should see the app that's behind the notification. If you still have issues tackling this problem. Send me a private message on here.
