Yes you need proof of English proficiency. However you can reach out to the school as well but it's always easier to have a proof of English test done.

No I didn't, I assumed they realized my country is an English speaking Country but I submitted a transcript of my previous degree of which I applied for another degree. I made my intention for another degree known through my motivation letter.

Do I really need to submit my authenticated doc or wait until after provisional admission, when doing visa processing?

I don't have secondary school transcript. Can I use my BSc and transcript as proof of previous education.

my WAEC certificate is 2016. should I indicate with purpose to the embassy that I'm a student here or I should hide it, and if I hide it, and am asked during the Skype interview that what have I been doing since 2016?

Please I need an answer on what to do to this as it is very urgent.

It's better you mention it, especially if you included it in your application and there are a lot of things a person could have been doing from 2016 till now. Work ?

Age is not a barrier and yes u can upload the waec result

I applied to Vilnius University and I got this.

"Your application documents are being processed. For further processing please contact the Registrar’s office at your school and request them to post your academic transcripts directly to Vilnius University."

I already uploaded my transcript on my profile in the application, it is compulsory my school still sends a copy to them. Had anyone been in this situation?
