Does this mean you are a volunteer at the firm? Volunteer work is not accepted for EE, only paid work is, and it doesn't matter if you are related to the company owner. If you are paid in cash, you can do a cash salary certificate and accompany it with salary payments acknowledgements/vouchers. Page 1 gives a sample cash salary certificate.
Please, I need advice on this....
|

Random question. So my POF is very much intact in the bank account I use for salary. It is complete and even has a buffer. But once I get paid, I transfer my salary to my other savings account for expenses, and I send some to my piggyvest. I hope this is safe, and will not raise any suspiciousness. I'm POST AOR. 1 Like |

I noticed that the pool score distribution hasn't really changed, after the 27,000 CEC and other PNP & CEC draws. What exactly is happening? Thought I'd see a significant drop in the values. Or are we to believe about 30k people have entered the pool since the January draws? Or many are still in the pool after rejecting ITA? I'm so tired of waiting. Hoping for a miracle FSW draw soonest. |

Qrisn: So sorry about this. If you mean you chose Masters but you actually don't have one and should have chosen 2 or more degrees instead.....as a result your recalculated CRS is below CRS of the draw you were invited for, I don't think this is a case of misrepresentation, just an update error. Unfortunately, I think eligibility will still be "not met" with or without an LOE, this is just my opinion though, I may be wrong. Advice for others - please, biko, ejo, abeg..... use the CRS calculator and also the link that has the CRS criteria in tabular form (both on page 1) to calculate your CRS so that you will know if you have updated something incorrectly in your profile or eAPR. As a guide, a FSW single applicant or applicant with unaccompanying spouse who is younger than 30, without siblings in Canada, no French, no Canadian degree or work experience, who maxes IELTS and has 2 or more degrees and 3 years of work experience cannot attain more than CRS of 474 (no be curse o , its just the maths of the CRS calculator) The same person with a Masters will have 481. Married people's scores will be affected by their spouse's degree and IELTS. 2 Likes |

Daniel4canada: Increasing CRS in your particular scenario is VERY straightforward. Have you had a look at this link marked HERE from page 1? Once you do, it'll be obvious what effect doing IELTS will have on your CRS, you should also see something there about extra points from being bilingual. Any particular reason why you've not taken IELTS?
