Just put out a challenge, highest earner between January and March wins 50k.

You'll be surprised at the number of drivers that met and surpassed your 300k net.

Hey Bros ehhhh, pls don’t misunderstand me. I’m not saying people are not earning big driving.
But how consistent? If you earn1 million Jan - mar , what of Apr -Jun- oct?
Same thing bolt will announce top earners in the month , have you seen same driver topping every month of the year ?
Ask top earners
How many hours did they sleep in the month ?
How many days did they take off and not drive ?
Do they go on all trips or any location (I know surge location but ur car might come out with injury) ?
Imagine people Clearing weekend bonus of complete 35 rides friday 5am - Saturday 8:59pm.
Like I said it’s for upcoming drivers/partners to know reality of the job.
You will make money if you put in more hours, which will indirectly affect your health and car after a period (months or years).
Ask the people dt has been driving consistently for 3yrs if dey work everyday of d week ?
If they choose location ? You no dey see dt some will even cancel cos of tone of rider on phone.
Once it’s raining some stop working.
What time dey sleep and work.
I got 1.5 surge at one dead end around lakowe ibeju lekki na so my heart beat increase cos na there dem dey kill drivers and snatch cars.
Experience is the best teacher
Slow and steady wins d race.

Don't run the risk of buying used cars/Toks with costly hidden problems.

The challenge on this thread then was to net 15k daily, so if I don’t meet my target I no go sleep. Sometimes I will take island trip just to meet target and then get stuck cos I don’t want to blow empty back home. So na to sleep inside car... what a life. Sleep no go gree come sometimes till morning
When I fell sick twice my brain reset.
I joined lazy drivers,
- Take 1 day off a week to rest
- Afford mid night work cos boys dey rob both drivers and riders or incase ur car breakdown.
- once heavy rain fall just off app and take a break
- decline trips to red zones
- if u do 3 trips on surge or rider bless you well, just go home and continue next day.
And plenty guide lines
Since then I no fall sick again and my car too dey enjoy.

Good afternoon everyone, I was using a vehicle for this hustle but I returned it to the owner for some reasons so the owner is requesting for the inspection report that I did in my name so he can give his new driver. Is it allowed please? Can inspection reports be transferred?

I don catch u. So once upon a time u Net 15k daily and u r arguing its not possible to make 300k in a month? I tire for u o.
From ur experience u should know its very easy to do this and still have rest for ur body and car.

What u should be asking or telling the rest is how to do it, not arguing that its not possible to achieve it consistently.

For me I have three models;
Model 1:
Monday to Thursday 40k Net
Friday and Saturday 30k Net
Bonus 10k
Sunday, go to church and rest
Minimum 80k in a week

Model 2:
I Net minimum 20k Tue-Wed 10k/day
Rest on Thursday to prepare for weekend work and campaigns.
Fri-Sun 45k minimum 15k/day
10k in bonuses.
Rest on Monday again from the weekend work.
Minimum of 75k in a week,

Model 3:
When I need urgent 100k
Monday-Thursday 40k
Friday - Sunday 45k
Bonus 15k

I cant say its not stressful, but its not that I am killing myself to achieve it. There are weeks I sleep all through, or work fewer days, or I have downtime on car repairs sha...but on the average this is my personal work ethic. Work and rest, eat well, give urself break during d day, find a way to motivate yourself. And u will go on, and on and on.
Check ur car and do necessary repairs before it deteriorates to bigger damage.
I always tell myself, "Its a marathon not a 100meter dash" u live to fight another day.
However, its not by power, oluwa is involved...never forget the spiritual side of things.

Honestly personally, I prefer ehailing to any office work that salary and addons is not up to 250k/month. Maybe because I have worked before, but guys that desire office work can still try it. Nothing is cast in stone, its all about personal preference.

Before u say its easy to say this when u r a car owner, let me mention I started this business with rental.

Time ₦280.00
Paid wait (day) ₦1500.00
Ride distance 35 km

The above is my ride receipt and I'm dragging the fee with Bolt. I was picked up at MM1 and there was no waiting. I'm surprised seeing the paid wait(day) at 1500.

There is nothing like impersonation here, the new driver have his own account.
So what he need is the last inspection report then he will add it to his account and be activated in order to start receiving trips with the vehicle, so there's no impersonation here.
Besides it's another company entirely that handles the inspection for bolt.
In fact they now request for the email of they vehicle owner these days, then the report will be forwarded to the driver and onwer or partner.

Before u say its easy to say this when u r a car owner, let me mention I started this business with rental.

I never said it’s not possible to earn up to that BUT im saying
1. You can’t net it consistently every week/month for obvious reason (you can proof by posting you weekly earnings in Jan - Mar)

2. You can’t predict your earnings per week or months. There was a week I completed Uber 20trips on Tuesday and I was ready to work 20hrs daily to chup 3% bonus. Guess what where I park another pilot just come remove my side mirror. Morale n energy just low.
Why do u think people on rentals find it difficult to remit 25k consistently for 6months without defaulting or adding from their savings to remit

With your model 1 and 3 how many hours do u work ?
My points is that you can’t be consistent or predict the earnings here unlike someone dt gets a bank or office job, that will know I earn 70k as entry next 6months I will be earning 150k.

In your own words you said it’s easy to achieve consistently and later said
... “There are weeks I sleep all through, or work fewer peopledays, or I have downtime on car repairs sha”...
