I am from the east and I know this doesn't resemble ESN mode of operations in any way and if you know Anambra politics especially the governorship elections in Anambra then you won't be asking these questions. We have come to expecr these kind of attacks whenever there is a governorship elections so it's not really difficult to know where it's coming from.
