Omo.. A lot of things were wrong with this app.. Did you use an agent who told you to apply for another bsc?

You just escaped a ban if this statement was not from bank.

Yes an agent advised me to apply for BSC. And why did you say I escaped a ban I used my bank statement of account probably cause the bank just plain sheet.

Hi,

- A Visa Officer would see no logical/academic/career progression for a Bachelor degree holder going for another Bachelor's degree program. It can be termed that "your Purpose of Visit to Canada is not to go study" and this is a big time red flag on a Canada Study Visa Application.

- At 35 , a B.SC degree ain't advisable

In a nutshell, your visa chances in this context is very low.

Possible Way forward
A Visa Officer would expect you to go for a Masters degree (if you have a 2.1) or a Post Graduate Certificate program related to your Bachelor's degree or work experience from a College

Await more response from the gurus & honorable members

Thanks for your response and advise

Just remain calm and positive.. It's not ghost update that you're looking for for, it's PPR.. I didn't see any ghost update cos I wasn't checking.. I know they send emails if there's an update and that's what makes me check the profile sef.. Just commit it to God and be at rest. God's favor to you and everyone else expecting.

Am here again grin.
Timeline:
Application submission 24th Jan
Biometric......25th Jan
Medicals passed on 7th Feb and eligibility started on 9th Feb
I applied for GCMS note on 27th and it arrived yesterday midnight.

I guess they've not really done much on my file since the last update(7th February)
Even in the notes, last updated still shows 7th, I've never seen ghost update since I submitted. Honestly, am tired at this point

Some would say 300-400k

Very right.
Just got a friend who says it can be done for ₦200k. Just skeptical about the uncertainty involved in the visa approval for the undergraduate study

Okay then, that agent did not advise you properly. Who tells a bsc holder to go for another bsc .. You need to switch to either a masters or PGD.

The bank statement has to be stamped with logo of the bank on it. Also should be in PDF format

Hello Guys,

If your pre-assessment report came looking good from your gcsm note but your application got denied, please what does it imply/mean?

Reasons:

* Purpose of visit

* personal assets and financial status

* Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more: your qualifications,
previous studies, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

I am so sorry about this. I remember how you were anxiously waiting for a decision and I kept encouraging you. in fact, I am really speechless but please don't give up.

Having read your GCMS notes, I cannot seem to see any negative feedback leading to the refusal. In fact, the Visa officer that did the initial review of your file has assessed you positively on all criteria even your study plan was okay by him/her. Are there any additional comments of the VO on the GCMS notes that are not visible here or this is all?

The reasons you kept above are just generic responses they always quote on correspondence refusal letters so we need the comments on the notes that lead to the refusal.

Overall, please don't give up, this is a positive sign you are very very close.

I didn't have a BSC before. I only had National diploma but I didn't use it for the application.

Who else is having problem accessing the GC Key account since yesterday?
I’m doubting if this is a general issue or I’m only the one experiencing it.

Please do reply ASAP

Please you can either go for a PGD or advanced diploma ...these two are higher than ND and both shows career progression if you apply for a program related to your ND.

Please sir, which school do you think I can apply for PGD and easily get admission...I really want a university though. I had a lower credit in Electrical engineering at Yabatech and I'm not sure if there's any chance for me in Canadian university?

If no chance! Which college will you recommend for me?

And if there's a chance, which university can you recommend?

God bless you sir!

Try Conestoga college in Ontario.. Their tuition deposit is modest and refundable. As for universities, you will just be wasting application fee money cos universities dont offer admission for masters for ND

All nigerian bank debit cards have a international online transaction limit of 100USD so it won't go since the application fee is higher than that. You can use a dollar debit card to pay, thats what I used for mine.
thank you so much for the information

Good day guys please I need u guys advice

Sometimes around last year I gained admission in Canada and also last year I started the visa processing (October) I submitted all that is needed for biometric and other documents. So I was sent an email which says I need to prove my English proficiency ( IELTS ) BUT the school that gave me admission wrote in their criteria for admission if YOU ARE FROM AN ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRIES there's no need for IELTS, so I couldn't provide the document although it was written in the mail sent by IRCC that ( IGNORE IF YOU DONT HAVE THE AFFORMENTION DOCUMENT, it will only make your processing FASTER but without it, it will take normal procedure) so since last year OCTOBER, I am yet to have a feedback despite series of E- Mail sent. Please I need your advice on what to do because by MAY my admission ll be expiring.

You just brought out that last statement from my mouth I wonder which kind of bank prints bank statement on a plain paper I was just thinking the VO was lenient and didn't want to research further all banks prints bank statement on their letter headed paper which would make it easy for them to verify it from the bank next time insist on them printing it on their letter headed paper it's an official and sensitive Document

No bank prints bank statement on a plain paper it's weird to me and unofficial.

Note: There is no Assurance you gonna get the admission within a Month, it might be more or less, it all depends on the school, but the thing is, most colleges offer admission to applicants in between 2-4 weeks.

Not all banks have int’l spending limit of $100, banks like stanbic IBTC, Eco and Fidelity have more than that, I used stanbic, it must be a Visa or MasterCard, Verve won’t work.
