This has been the problem with him in recent times. Unfortunately not gonna get better especially with all the added pressures from all these misses

Right now, Werner lacks composure and is low on confidence. That's a very bad combo. His psych has definitely been affected.

The guy needs a confidence booster. Something to raise his morale. Unfortunately, the increasing pressure he's coming under won't help him. These struggles might not go away very soon, like User said.

But I still have faith in him. I just hope he can pull himself together.
