I am married to a first son from a polygamous family so I understand your struggle though mine is a female factor.
Since your Hubby knows it’s a male factor so he himself would not take a second wife as the problem will still remain.In Azoospermnia the semen is barely there or no sperm at all in his ejaculation but there are treatments as sometimes there is a blockage somewhere so a minor surgery to retrieve the sperm directly from the testes with a needle can be done.Also you have the option to do icsi instead of conventional ivf.If both cases above fail there is always sperm donation.
Just remain calm and don’t reveal that it is their son that has the issue.At this stage,you and hubby discuss this amongst yourself without involving family members and everything will be fine eventually.I hope this helps you.

No sis,it’s not a good result as it is too high so will be difficult or almost impossible to release an egg.

Sorry for having to go through this especially when it's not your fault you're still TTCing.
It's obvious your MIL doesn't know it's her son that is infertile and marrying another wife wouldn't solve the problem.
Questions are, how did you hear it? Did she make the comment to your hearing or privately to your husband? what was your husbands reaction to the comment? If the comment was made privately to him why did he tell you? And how has he been with seeking medical intervention to the issue. That should form your response to the issue.

Whatever the case, your husband is supposed to shield you from his family whether the fault is yours or his. Talk to him about it first to put his family in check and be firm about it.

She said she was charged 50k, but after much begging, she eventually paid 30k.

And the D&C was in 2016. .and all I had to do was have sex once. It's mostly the part of parents looking at my belly when lever we visit...I even dread visiting now. I sent my mum. A picture and she innocently insinuate d I was pregnant saying I should eat fruits and vegetables...my fave is swollen. Beyond it all I am comforted knowing God's time is the best

The issue doesn't get better part of me now unlike before if one stare at me on the street my crazy mind will misinterpret it lol.

2 cousins of ours that we got married before them put to bed same day 2nd of April, even went and visited yesterday. I'm really surprise I didn't cry when we came back unlike before I will wet the pillow with tears althrough the lol.

Happy Easter ma'am, families are another thing to deal with when dealing with TTC.
the family may not know the issue is with your D.H that's why they encourage him to take another wife.
let me tell you what I did when D.H families want to mess with my sanity each time we meet at functions. they would call family gathering after function and it will be to pray for me, they would ask me to kneel down while they pray for the fruit of the womb for me ooo. they succeeded the first time, the second time they were shocked as I refuse to kneel and ask their son to kneel, being the one that owns the seed that would turn to fruit in my own womb, he also needs prayer for seed of the penis nao.
I didn't disgrace my hubby, he understands quite well, we have been in this together, and since all medical and traditional tests says we are fine, why would I allow people look at me as if I am the one with issue.
I even overhead them saying why did he marry Omo Eko, and I told them may they have a longer taste of what I am passing through right now, that would explain to them that TTC has no affiliation with tribe or language.

Please and please, your mental health matters alot, I want to believe you are still the best person to advice yourself on this issue. do whatever gives you peace of mind before considering what will people say.
