lexy2014:Apparently you don't want to admit that this story of self whatever does not take precedence over our treason laws so I wish you luck sir. Nigeria already ceded Bakassi and no law forced it to cede it when it did so. Cameroon was only demanding we honour it. Nigeria never gave any intemperate citizen any right for treason. Go and read your right and privilege as a citizen. People are in prison for treason and there are laws holding them there. If you want to be out of Nigeria, go through your elected representatives. |

hentech911:How much are they paid? Do they have facilities to do their work? Why blaming them for not being proactive? See ordinary police in London. From the neatness of the uniform alone, you know 100% that the Police Force is properly funded. The police are paid well, they do not resort to collecting bribe, no pot-belly... . See, don't blame Nigerian police for anything. Nigerian Police Force is not funded. Imagine, they have to buy their own uniform to do police work again.

lexy2014:The problem with you young ones is that you are not teachable yet you have opinions on everything. You even insult those trying to have a meaningful intellectual convo with you. Bakassi issue did not start from where and when you copied it from sir. It was already ceded to Cameroon and Nigeria is aware but both countries agreed to have it sorted in the international court after Nigeria technically reneged .

Vaughanlanrewaj: Does all u have said negate d fact that nigeria ceded bakassi to Cameroon based on an international law? |

sokera: So because kanu said so makes it the truth? Thought you are saying that he is liar, how come you believe that? Bros, it will be good to listen to your heart sometimes, you need to accept that it wasn't IPOB tha instigated nor carried out the endsars protest im nigeria. Look what happened in abuja last week, all of you wanted it to be Ipob but at the end it was biafran boys defending a northerner abd still they are being insulted for it. Because of hatred and in your mind, we are STILL the haters right? |

Fanuchi007:How exactly does breaking a prison and unleashing criminals into the streets of Igboland measure up as sensible anarchy to counter the injustice of Nigerian government? This is one question begging for answers from those who seem to be pleased by this event. |

Virus99: Na only name the place get.... nothing really sophisticated. You'd be surprised our almighty Aso Villa is just another well decorated over-hyped lodge. I pray for peace to reign! We can be civilised and settle our differences as a people but our politicians are nothing but devil incarnated. If going our separate ways will be the solution, it shouldn't require bloodshed and if it's to practice regionalism or true federalism, it shouldn't cost a soul. |

AfriNotesNEWS:Let an analysis of the inmates to be carried out to zero in on the gang likely to have carry out these attacks,I believe the attack was meant to free some persons held behind bars the attack on the police was simply diversionary n to prevent police response, this tactics has been use by criminals repeatedly, it's also time all security formation n buildings are fenced n their security upgraded, all security personnel also should be living in barracks n not in rented apartments within civilians. 1 Like |

stormborn28: We do NOT produce fuel (or we produce very little)... We produce and export crude, and mostly import fuel. In effect, it’s not like growing cassava and buying cassava... Rather, it is more like growing cocoa and buying chocolate. I agree it’s due to “stupid people in government”... But part of their stupidity is keeping fuel prices LOWER than production cost - because it discourages investment. > |

9jaRealist:what are you saying.... Do you know Nigeria depends on expertise from foreigners to extract crude? What stops the government from training Nigerians in that area..you extract crude and refine it yourself.... So how can external forces determine the price of fuel in Nigeria if these procedures are meant....nonsense everywhere |
