Choose two or more certificates, regardless of the fact the person is not the PA, your aim to add more points and not reduce it. 2 or more certificates increases the score line to a certain level.

A couple of things could be wrong;

1. Check your job NOC code. It should be under A,O or B. If your job is under category C your profile will be ineligible.
2.check the number of years of work experience. A total of 3years doing the same role.
3. Your proof of funds should be the exact figure for 1 person

Try checking all that and see if it works

Please call ircc. I can almost assure you that you will get an immediate response via an email requesting for the documents needed. You may use a third party app like Hushed to call.

I did for my OINP (Ontario PNP) application and it came out positive. I am also using it for my electronic Application for Permanent Residence. I will be submitting my ITA application next week.

Many people have used it and they got their PR. So, not cause for alarm

Ofcourse with his OND inclusive..Both transcripts needs to be evaluated to achieve the 2 or more thingy stuff.

We are in the same situation, raised a webform on the 6th and yet to get a response. What I did was do a little research and I found out what the response for addition of spouse was, it's always the same for everybody.

I was able to download the forms and I got all the documents, I sent everything in via webform last week even before getting their response. I also called the call centre to get my Visa Office. I asked the agent if I should raise a new webform directly to my VO but she said there was no need as they would get the one I raised earlier.

I saw someone that said he did this on another forum and they just added his spouse to his application without any questions. So fingers crossed.

My advise is that you get all the forms and documents and send them in, waiting for them to respond might take a while.

I am about to evaluate my Bsc with WES, Please which is the most suitable option to select for delivery?
a. Standard (no tracking) which cost $10
b. Tacking - which cost $85.

Also, I need advise on which option is most effective in sending transcripts to WES
a. Using ext.ng - which will cost about 45,000 naira
b. using DHL - which will cost about 25,000 naira (for this, I already have my hard copy official academic transcript)

Anyone with previous experience should please advise. Thanks.

Wes won't accept a transcript sent through you if it's not from your school.
Why not let the school do that.

Choose no tracking at $10. WES will send you electronics copy which is actually what you need.
Ext.ng. is #5050 if you just want them to send your transcript on ur behalf after applying for it in your school

If you send only your HND, it would only be evaluated a a 3 years program, hence, it won't qualify for two or more certificates.
Just include the OND transcript when sending that of the HND, so as to attain or increase your points.

Please i sent my SSCE OND and HND for evaluation to WES but when the report came they only evaluated SSCE and HND the summary of the report "Diploma (three years) and a post Graduate certificate (one year)" I contacted them to request for my OND why is not evaluated their response was that they determined that the documentation was sufficient also IRCC only requested for Highest completed credential but if i wish to include the OND i should upgrade my report and this comes with additional payment. please can i do should take the report like that since the wes itself said its sufficient? or upgrade to include my OND? thanks

My first result (09/01/2021) was L9, R7.5, W7, S8.5
Second result (06/02/2021) was L8.5, R9, W8, S8.5

What I did differently:

1. I stopped writing generic introductions ( this essay will, I opine, etc). Ielts advantage you tube channel helped me a whole lot in understanding how to write good introductions in essay writing.

2. I learnt how to understand the different types of essays (double opinion, argument, discussion etc). In my first attempt, I did not know this, hence I answered only one part of a two part question. Ielts jacky helped with this.

3. I learnt the use of contractions for informal letters. It is very essential to understand the different types of letter writing in task 1.

4. First time I spent too much time on task one and rushed tasked two. Hope she isn't making same mistake.

5. For map reading in listening, she should watch Alex of e2 language on you tube. Then liz for all types of listening lessons.

6.For reading, liz and e2 language videos. Ielts jacky as well. She should watch T/F/NG for the first and headline matching videos for the second.

7. For speaking, she can watch Keith of English speaking success. He videos are interesting and very helpful.

8.She should join the telegram group for ielts writing. They would drop great materials and also vet her essays.

9. She should look for the IDP writing guide and read it. It would improve her writing greatly.

I used IDP both times and wrote paper based tests, she can try that if she hasn't.

The truth is that in this IELTS journey, you have to bring out time and resources for learning. Every time I was driving, I was playing a you tube video through the Bluetooth speakers. Every free time I had at the office, I did a listening test, or reading test. Once my kids were watching TV, I left them to watch you tube videos. I spent a lot of money on data, didn't watch tv for the 1 month of intensive study I did.

Also, once I saw my first result, I booked another immediately, so as not to forget what I knew. It would seem your wife let too much time pass in between tests. If she isn't using the right materials and understanding her weaknesses and specifically improving on them, she would not have better results.
She needs to be in the right groups where they talk about ielts everyday, she also learn from people's mistakes. She needs to understand what her issue with listening is. Is it map, multiple choice?

She is using good practice materials but is she using them under exam conditions? She can try cambridge listening on you tube. It simulates exam conditions.

Let her not give up, like you said, every part of this journey is a challenge. My CRS is now 470 and my birthday comes in May. I have left ielts headache now to pray I don't lose 5 points before ITA
