Stanbic IBTC pension managers own 7.5% shares of Presco, the major competitor to Okomu in the agricultural sector

Did you consider the dividend earned in the last 20 years.

The investment paid a total dividend of about N100 million in the last four years.

The managers and core investors are Belgians and South African, they really understand the business

Government needs to open up more sectors of the economy

I was surprised when I saw the list of companies that buy palm oil from Presco. They include Unilever, PZ, Oriental Hotel, Fan Milk, Promasidor, Friesland wamco, Ok foods, Indomie, Flour Mills, Dangote Industries, Cosmetic companies etc. Thereby making billions of naira from Palm Oil plantations
o boy .....we are a poor Nation by choice....the first boat has left ....what other company has this prospect now

If you were in SMN then, you would have bought Okomu. Many posts then were somehow begging people to buy Okomu but many people did not anticipate that Okomu will grow like this. Btw, i was a beneficiary of First Bank 1 for 1 bonus.
chia I was busy listening to death row records in year 2000

Look for growth sector in the economy and invest or invest in companies in the growth sector who have good management and they are market leaders in the sector.

Consider the following areas agriculture, fintech, real estate, foods and beverages, pharmaceutical, building materials, education, religion, health, the list is endless.

Endless opportunities are available to wholesale investors. They are always invited to money making opportunities, not the type advertised on social media or you will need an app to invest

Pioneer investors in MTN made a better returns in 20 years.

The N1 million invested is now worth N600 million.

It is the internal rate of returns from the business that made those who earned dividends of N1 million about 12 years ago from Zenith bank to start earning dividends of N4 million from the same Investment without adding a kobo to the initial investment made 12 years ago

Or those who earned N1 million dividend from Okomu Oil about 20 years ago to now earn N35 million from the same Investment in 2021 with adding a kobo to the initial investment.

Share price won't show this, it is the profitablity, earning growing, efficiency and inherent value in the business

With 100m poor people in Nigeria...it seem strange and rockets science for people to buy and and build deplux and put for sale and actually make sale....it too strange....when u are too use to poverty it will out of the world for person to buy land 10m and put up a depulex of 25m and sell for 45m

With the massive poverty in Nigeria people actually assume everthing is impossible ,I was at the bank to collect a new card when I was issued the platinum card ..all the guys on queue was looking like.... how dont go and hustle u way up .....keep ranting up and down another food done land to keep hating

Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by ahiboilandgas: 2:35pm On Apr 10, 2021
Poverty mindset is among the most destructive force .....it becoulds ur thinking into assuming everthing beyond your current achievement cannot be be surpassed or achieved....example if you tell a okada rider that I phone ur bought is 600k .he will be shouting na lie na lie cos that like 3 time the cost of his okada ....so within his shallow and poverty driven mind it impossible for a human being to pay 650k for a phone ( no be to Call and text )

Local champ actually think that only lekki is the only middle class area in Nigeria...doest know that there is bompai Gra ,There is banawa there is malali, jahi ,gwaripha, new haven this are all middle class neighbourhoods in Nigeria where 100 by 100 ft go for 15m to 18m and u can develop a 5 bedroom depulex for 25m with even pop finishing and bath tub ......na according to the poverty mind set it impossible...the houses young igbo boys are building in Aguda surulere na spirit .....it very possible and achievable dont let any theories and essay narrator tell u is not possible

How to defeat poverty of the mind and stop hating is to travel round around Nigeria and mingle well ... ...i actually taught is was impossible for a young guy to have a car of 30m some year back unless from rich family....but after I came to Lagos and when clubbing in movida night club and saw the number of range rover super charger parked by guest ....this change my thinking....infact the late akeem was driving a porshe to the club and the club was minting 8m naira weekly
