You decide on a system, but the kind of players that you think fit that system best are not available or are too expensive. So what do you do? Out of desperation, you get someone that's doing well elsewhere-remember that guy is coming from another system- You bring that guy into your system, thrn you have a choice to make. Do you change your system to suit that guy? Is it worth it? Or do you wait and hope that guys just fits in your system?
