Bia Elyte, I no understand you sef sometimes. Somehow, in the background I have always suspected you kinda rate this lad but just don't say much on him. You are non-committal though. But truth be told, I will rather have the incoming Michael Olise as AM apart from Iwobi. Even an Ejaria as AM is good even though I believe he can do a job as CM. Nwakali is a lad that can function and offer us his best in two roles: Deeplying Playmaker (DLP) and CM (as an enforcer and ball carrying midfield dictator). And also, he needs to keep working hard and keep improving his "off-the-ball-movements" overall. But he was even better in that aspect today as he covered grounds both in his half and in the opponent's half. Nwakali can be key for the Super Eagles with time but he needs to keep this up to earn that Super Eagles call. And I pray he does keep it up. He is enjoying his football again and surely this is the rejuvenation I have been waiting for. More of this please. elyte89: 2 Likes 2 Shares |

TheSuperNerd: Yea I watched him play against Fulham basketball club AKA Miami heat and the boy is a gem. I can't put my hand on who he reminds me of but he has the shooting guard body, 6 foot 5 maybe 225 pounds. Can shoot, drive and defend (very important). What I really like about him is that he is more of a facilitator. He has very good court vision and loves to get his teammates involved. He honestly can be a 20ppg and 7 assist a season player. We need to swoop in before he achieves that 2 Likes 1 Share |

KC Nwakali remains a huge talent but his off the ball activities do not impress me. He strolls a lot, I want him to be getting involved every now and then, by opening up to receive passes to dictate the flow of the game, he has it in him because he has that eagle eye for passes of every range, he dribbles well and he is hard to be dispossessed, hence, he easily wins fouls. I believe he will do better in a team that enjoys keeping possession. Whenever the boy is with the ball, he always makes things look easy and I am never scared of him losing possession unlike when Ndidi or Iwobi is with the ball 2 Likes 1 Share |

ChrisKels: Nice observation, for him to strive better as a CM or even a CMA he needs to up the physical and tackling side of his game These are qualities in a CM or CMA that coaches of nowadays embrace so much. Creativity is not all that is needed but quality needed when your team is suferring and starved of the ball The issue with many fans is that they re always blinded by the basics and cry fowl teams fail fail to gun for certain players who are obviously talented. In football nowadays your off the ball workrate matter alot because it seem more robotic unlike yesteryears when players re allowed that freedom to express themselves while the tackling and bustling is left for the DM and DF alone Football tactics have evolved |

BascoVanVeli: Breaking away from CAF can't work lol.. We just need to make it clearer that we deserve to call more of the shots there.. Take away club football and Africa's football legacy largely rest with West Africa.. Isaac Okoro, ehn? I do see him regularly on the Cavs starting lineup.. He looks promising..Haven't really watched that much of his game.. Ehn Basco, I'm staring to think maybe we should chill on getting these NBA players in the squad.. Cus after the Olympics, there's the Afrobasket.. most of these NBA players will most likely not be available for it... Imagine us going to the Afrobasket with this lineup.. C- Bam PG- Vincent SG- Oladipo SF- Anunoby PF- Nwora |

TheSuperNerd: I spotted it already in my analysis but una no dey gree read naa.... Also, it's one made from a long term observation of the lad and not based on recent "Here and Now" observations. For instance, if you watched today's game and his recent games for Alcorcon, you would notice his off-the-ball-movements is improving. Lad's defensive numbers in the Alcorcon shirt has really jumped compared to the Nwakali of before. Nwakali can play CM comfortably and can only get better. He thrives in a team that keeps the ball. Also, there is no perfect midfielder anywhere. ChrisKels: 1 Like 1 Share |

Nothing like Overhype. The Overhype is when you come here spilling lullabies, eulogies and praise notes about some Ivorian carpenters like Seri and Akpro mixed with some of their good players to make them look like Maradona and Baresi no thanks to the excessive V stew you lick off your Ivorian babe served warm everytime. I have been proven right countless times on the quality our lads here and the evidences are just so many. No caps. And no mind Charlesemeka85... I make am pee for pant/boxer but I don tell am sorry as I hit am well and Nwakali crown am with that sumptuous FK. Small drag I do am he begin dey call God... Hahahahaha.... He never see anything. You have spoken well. But on this awareness thing, the good news is that he has shown improvement in that aspect because the Nwakali I watched today was no slouch off the ball and not just for today but for recent games as well which I have observed to their full 90s. That Off-the-ball talk was always a flaw with him from the past but recently the lad has been showing improvements in that area. Overall, The lad is improving real good. But I need it to continue. elyte89: 1 Like 1 Share |
