You’re wasting your time thinking stoping igboho will stop the actualization of Yoruba Nation.

Keep trying to petition him, so long as the law you are trying to use is the 1999 constitution it can never hold on him because the Yoruba people are not under that’s law. So you and your police can go to hell
Joke is on you. I'm Yoruba and totally again an impoverished Oduduwa nonsense. What you hope to gain from Oduduwa republic is poverty and nothing else. We'll be worse than Benin Republic

This was same way the people of North east were shielding Mohammed Yusuf ,and his deputy Shekau in the early days of their atrocities.

Look at where they are now. I support Ighoho on his stand against the fulanis, and his agitation of the Yoruba nation. I stand to condemn any plot to get him arrested base on any of the above position.

But not on criminal matters as this, Ighoho cannot be fighting the fulanis for their land grabbing and expansionist agenda against his people, while back home he does same using his connection and power.

Ighoho and his boys should be arrested and tamed.

The issue described here is not a criminal matter. It's a dispute between two or more people. It's a civil matter. And ruling hasn't been made. Igboho may still win in court. Furthermore, his lawyers can represent his interests. You can't arrest him over alleged land dispute

What nonsense is this you are saying? Is he supposed to keep quiet over Igboho's criminal activity because he is forming Oduduwa activist? Such blackmail should not be allowed to stand. You people are supporting criminality based on sentiments.

Its a set up. The IGP cannot be sending letter to Adeyemo over land matter. The politicians have hijacked the whole letter saga to twist the narrative and smear Igboho. You don't know this people. They are very dangerous. If Igboho was a lesser person, they would have killed somebody and then dump the corpse in his car or compound overnight and then pollice would come swooping down the next morning.

Don't be stupid. Give me a valid reason to break of Nigeria.

Herdsmen? They are everywhere in West Africa and if you think they would disappear because you declared a nation, you're fooling yourself.

We depend of federal government a lot and oil money too. If you think Yoruba nation would bring anything but doom, you haven't been thinking properly.

Give me one valid point of declaring Yoruba nation?

You'll declare Ijebu nation and Ibadan nation as well because there would always be aggrieved parties.

Good post. I myself don't believe in the breakup of Nigeria too

But the breakup of Nigeria may not necessarily produce poor nations....potentially an Oodua nation cut off form oil can then focus on industrial development once faced with the fact of limited respources leading to Oodua nation becoming an industrial power.

But that's speculative...most Nigerians given a choice and money would set up a business importing stuff, rather than industry.

You can not Police how to do their work. If you refuse to be sensitive of the timing of your petition, then Police to advise better. Police has responsibility of OVER-RIDING PUBLIC INTEREST

ADETUNJI dont cause unncessary crisis. When did this issue happen? Why are you just coming up now? Or you are proposing that Igboho will soon illegaly acquire the land.

Adetunji oooo, I will advise you to be responsible enough. Whoever they paid you, go and return their money because Igboho is not fighting alone.

Adetunji oooo, do not continue what you and your generations unborn will regret.

Am not even in support of any oduduwa republic and I never said I was but just like every Yoruba we all have the right to free speech and defending ourselves in our ancestral lands, Igboho has the right to defend his hometown from activities of murderous herdsmen and it's also your right to be forming useless Omoluabi and looking on as your traditional rulers and elders and continuously embarrassed while they encroaching on your lands while you shamelessly make excuses for murderous herdsmen.....

OK. Let's assume I wasn't born then. Since I was born and till now, what exactly have our states been doing with their resources? What have they achieve? Many of you don't even think SW is what it is because of Nigeria. Have you been in Lagos during festive periods and see how much of a village it is without other Nigerians?

You think we've have new crops of leaders? It would not happen. Many states can barely pay salaries. They depend on bailouts.

Many of you are merely copying the Igbos. We have more to benefit with Nigeria than without it.
