Rossphinki: You are not as smart as you think. Not knowing that the plural form of aid is aids makes you very dull. I believe you are the OP of this thread with a different moniker. And your aim is to water down the severity of gov Obaseki's revelation on money printed by your master, Bubu. 1 Like |

techmo:If you are talking of utilizing other rich resources available in Nigeria for the development of the country, is understood but over dependent on Oil which is very minimal in terms of per capital income is the issue. Qatar are where they are because their per capital income is very high. They have excess to go round and still have extra for other things, which can not be said of Nigeria. My point is that don't compare what Qatar was able to achieve with their oil with ours. |

donforeign: It is YOU deceiving your ignorant scumbag self. Nigeria's GDP per capita is higher than Ghana's. I bet you've no clue what GDP per capita means. School dropout. Ghana has just ONE real city, Accra. The rest are glorified villages. KumasI, their second city, is on the same level as Aba. Ghana is actually a disgrace of a country. Just 30 million people to cater for. They have oil and gas in commercial quantities, and are Africa's biggest producers of gold and cocoa, and have bauxite and manganese ore in commercial quantities. They should be the UAE of West Africa, yet their GDP per capita is lower than Nigeria's. They have only ONE serious airport, the one in Accra. The rest are chicken sheds that look like something from the 1920s. If you disagree, Google 'Kumasi' or 'Takoradi' airport. You'll be shocked. They're like school canteens. Their govt is very corrupt, but also very good at packaging themselves as angelic beings. Nigeria can at least say that she has 210 million mouths to feed, hence the poverty here and there. What is Ghana's excuse? Outside Accra, there is NOTHING. 1 Like |

Re: Qatar To Invest $5 Billion In Nigeria's Economy by Rossphinki: 11:32am On Apr 15, 2021 |
hecomeshome: Dude, Of course you can say 'foreign aids'. But it is INAPPROPRIATE termInology. As in ''Lesotho relies on foreign aids'', as opposed to ''Lesotho relies on foreign aid''. If you say the former in a seminar or conference or even a classroom discussion, you will be DRIVEN OUT as an ILLITERATE for inappropriate terminology. Certainly you will be regarded as unschooled. Similar to when you say ''infrastructures'' instead of 'infrastructure'. The former plural is probably grammatically correct if you look it up in a dictionary, but it is INAPPROPRIATE when used in plural. As in ''This country has good infrastructures'', instead of the more appropriate ''This country has good infrastructure''. Phew!! |

Look at this shambolic magg0t mastubating on foolishness. GoveDo you know what the GDP per capita in PPP terms? Fooolish illiterate shameless goat , with an IQ of 2! What is FDI inflow into Nigeria, compared with Ghana? 15 million Nigerians children are roaming the streets and grooming themselves to be future pr0stitutes, boko haram, ritualist, robbers etc Meanwhile Ghana is providing free education to its children. Free education means free food, free uniforms, free books, free tuition Nigeria is a failed state people are being kidnapped on the streets for a ransom of coke and a bottle of coke. Now they are even kidnapping for Maggie, oil, cups of rice The poverty capital of the world. I wonder how you nigerians survive in that zoo no electricity, kidnappers, yahoo yahoo, ritualist, armed robbers just full the place oh dear oh dear . Inflation is galloping in the zoo, 18.17%, food inflation is 22.95%. How many nigerian youth are gainfully employed sef? Rossphinki: |
Re: Qatar To Invest $5 Billion In Nigeria's Economy by Rossphinki: 11:50am On Apr 15, 2021 |
hecomeshome: WRONG. The plural of infrastructure IS 'infrastructures', but using it is INAPPROPRIATE. https://www.wordhippo.com/what-is/the-plural-of/infrastructure.html They ARE certain words like that in English, however weird that may seem. Grammatically correct but inappropriate in usage. When ELDERS like us are educating you youths, please, humble yourselves and learn. We've been at this stuff since when even your parents were sucking breast! |

techmo: I never believed that, "government has no business in business" idea for once. If government doesn't jump start this economy, we will be at this low level of development for a long time. Look at the NLNG for example. Shell holds a 25.6% share, NNPC (49%), Total (15%) and ENI (10.4%). It is a success story. It is among the best in the world. Government needs to take the lead. It may not manage the business directly because we don't have a good record of that. But at least start it, then hand it over to competent hands while retaining a good percentage. Imagine replicating mega companies like that across board? In agriculture, transportation, aviation, IT, housing etc. They will all be world class and thriving. There is need for collaboration. For Nigeria to catch up with the rest of the world, government needs to be involved in business. |
