Come out side 6pm - 10pm....u will net it

Work 8am - 12pm only....u will net it

But like I adviced the guy, I said at the moment it's easy to net those figures meaning some season will come and it might not be same.

Let me give you an instance. I picked one mbong guy, we gisted, chatted like old friends just seeing after a long time. D guy told me to wait for him and take him back did all stop over laughing and enjoying trip. Only for him to say I should drop him at costain and I was going to park at the bus stop opposite national theatre, guy said no I should stop at d round about he will quickly come down. I saw Lastma and police around and one or two busses others parked at the park. I no gree, I told him see Lastma and police their tout can be anywhere to jump out.
Got to park, d guy was paying cash so I quickly end trip gave him 5* in his presence. D guy brought out phone while I was trying to give him change and gave me 1* and was making comment then realized I saw it, he clicked ok and jumped out. I was shocked I couldn’t talk or move for few minutes then I say that his money dropped while he was rushing out.
Should I go after him and give him his money ?
Should I call him on phone and curse him then tell him about d money?
So I waited maybe he will call and ask if I found his money. But d evil in his heart no go gree.
I will just go and drop it in bolt office, let him go there, but as he never call, I might use it to cool off my ratings dt dropped.

Back to d matter,
From that morning till I got tired I was giving all riders 1*, I don’t want to know if you bad or good.
But later stopped. So some times you just transfer aggression on next person.

You just Dey do yourself. Never will you be paired with those riders you gave one star again

Great fabu!

I have picked two riders I rated 1.

One was a 5 star rider, his star dropped to 4.6 when he was to make another request.
I didn't take note of the second rider's rating.
Note: they were both on bolt rides.

But on uber, unless you had an issue with the rider, that is when you will be replied that the you and the rider can never meet again.

Please guys I need your advice, I am a government worker and my monthly salary is #55,000 but I usually get some allowance anytime I went for an assignment, infact am presently in one assignment right now and my allowance for this assignment is #65,000 so right now all my earnings every month for now is #120,000. but the problem am having right now is that I don't like the job because of the risk in it (You can lost your life at any given time) and also the job is not 100% guarantee because you can be fire at anytime, I also don't have time for myself and my family and the government did not have any proper plan for our future.
So now am thinking of buying a car so that I can be using it for online cab such as Uber and Bolt because I have discussed it with some of my family and friends and they said doing Uber and Bolt is more lucrative(financially) than my present job and I am going to have time to plan for my future and also the risk in it is not as high as my present job. please note that I will be the one to be driving my car.
Please your advice is urgently needed please you can also ask me any questions. Please my brothers may God bless our hustle.
My brothers in the house thank you so much for your advice am very grateful, may God bless and be with everyone of you and your family

U will have rest in between na... If u do Office work u will leave home 6am and close 5 or 6pm sometimes its ur boss that determines ur closing time, only God knows when u get home. So if u drive ur car and leave home 8am and get home 6pm baba na soft work be that o for this Lagos.

Let me get you clearer, are you comparing driving on Uber with corporate jobs in terms of stress & fatigue?

I wonder why people argue the least of earnings.
If u sleep all day or work 2hrs in a day or u live and work in Badagary please don't argue or question serious people that work minimum 8hrs in town for 5-6days a week.

This badagry reminds me this. Please, how good is ikorodu area generally or ebute area in terms of getting requests if one lives there?

If uber pays better than corporate. Whenever I'm driving home, I see a lot of people returning from works lining up along the roads struggling for buses and cars, sincerely, i always pity them because I will break down going through that stress everyday. I sometimes carry some of them for free. Corporate job isn't that rosy as well unless it pays good sha.

I didn't ask about the pay.
Everybody here knows some Uber drivers saves 80- 100K+ monthly but driving round Lagos in this back breaking traffic & hot sun takes a toll on their health.

Hello. I will advice you to start contributing to the thread in your own little way instead of this message you keep repeating. It will increase your chance of getting a car from the thread cuz if I have a car to give out I would choose someone well known here over a stranger.

My opinion though

Thanks for the advice...I'll contribute any way I can..

I've introduced 2 office workers to ehailing, they both bought tokumbo Corollas. None of them are still in the hustle now. They were asking me how I survive on this hustle?. This job is tough. I usually tell ppl to forget dashboard and calculate how much at hand

On your app and find out
y'all should take it easy on how you mention money here. Do you know the strength of the man? Did you also tell him how some drivers sleep in the streets to get those dashboards? Did you tell him the number of hours a driver can put everyday? 15, 16hrs a day?

We doubted 300k+ monthly when someone posted he's been making that since the beginning of the year and showed it when he was doubted.
do you know that 2drivers use one car in Lagos? Have not ordered a cab and have a different person shoe with same car u expected?

Same here, one said he will only do the Nov/Dec hustle, can't take the e hailing effect on his car grin assuming he has gone ahead to resign from work.

All these your narration that fetched you 5k doesn't sound so sweet in my ears. It shows that for one to make 5k on ehailing, you must peel your legs.

I was buying roofing sheets the other day at Bogije, Ibeju Lekki area. Men, those guys with their rickety trucks netted close to 30k the few hours I spent there observing them carrying bought roofing sheets for people. I was billed 9k with abeg to drop my roofing sheets at Sangotedo, a journey of less than 15km. It made me wonder how notoriously stressful Uber and Bolt can be before one can earn reasonably. It made me concluded that it's really not worth it if I have to run around like a rabbit round Lagos to earn money while an artisan will be in one place a day and earn three times more in a more defined way.

I think it's better sometimes, to put the stress level and many other things in perspective when talking about earnings. This hustle is crazy and weird in many ways. No man deserves to be in it for the long haul no matter how much you earn. Take what you can take from it, have concrete plans as you are in it and leave it for good.

you have spoken my mind. I met the man that introduced me to ehailing last week. The guy had driven for about 3yrs before I joined. He told me his health is at risk. He's totally lost libido for sex, his left leg's knee and ankle joint is bad that he can't drive anymore. Set your target , meet it and move on. A word they say is enough for the wise

I dont think you are correct, i gave a guy one star before and i am 100 percent sure the guy gave one star. But i was suprise the day i got a request, got to the pu and it was the guy, though he has forgotten my face. My point is even though you gave someone one star, you can still get request from the person.

So your total package is N120k/month with ur life constantly on the line?.
Bros, if u can afford a car, buy it, resign, do ehailing while searching for another job. U will make 120k in 2weeks without stress and sleep or do whatever u like the rest of the month.
