Ideally the mathematics is 6 credits unit course 1 for year 1 and 6 credit units for year two.

I didnt go thru ECT during my application. so I have no idea. sorry

is still early to get a response. may/June/july are likely months.
I applied in December the deadline was January.

When was your interview? If it's less than a month, you can go for an appeal instead of reapplying for another interview.
With a proper packaged appeal you will get your visa.

Don't lose hope. We've seen a handful of such verdicts unturned, in the past .

1. Your interviewer was most probably, not convinced of your reason for travelling.
2. Also, your documents should be complete and answer all posing doubts, in your absence.

So, Work on your SOP, to subtly communicate some values you carry, and what you have been doing since you graduated.

Be sure your means of subsistence is impeccable.

Prepare and shoot your appeal, you'll be fine. PM @Henriq2 you'll be glad you did.

Thanks for this wonderful thread as it has enlightened me on some things I never thought existed. My opinion is that getting the admission is the hardest part until I checked this thread.

I am prospective Msc student for this year winter semester in Germany and I have already started my applications. I also fall into category B according the embassy website, however, I need help on when I should apply to the embassy for interview date.

Should I apply now for the interview date/appointment date considering the winter semester is starting in October ?

Your answers would be highly appreciated.

I applied for visa in October when they purge the system.
October 1st actually I used April 30 as the start of my studies

Hello everyone, I said I would give my testimony on this thread when I started jn 2019.

I started this journey in March 2019 applied for AD I got AD back then masters was cat A but my admission letter didn't come out I cancelled the AD and a week later my Admission letter came out I applied for AD again but unfortunately they have moved masters to Cat B and all this nonsense started.
Then I applied for summer semester in 2020 Corona happened no AD.
I applied for Winter 2020 I got Admission letter to TUM started lectures online.
But still no AD.
I was just lucky and God did it for me I got AD for February 19 Cat B
No I am not first class I graduated with a 2.2. In 2013.

My Interview

I got to the gate with all my document it was on Friday.
Unfortunately for me I printed some document 1 copy instead of 2 copies and those photocopy people charged me 700 per page �

Oga Paulinus was so polite and patient. Even when I was not ready he waited for me .

We where nine(9) people that day I was the only girl we where all Cat B and yesssss people are getting dates Cat B for that matter some are in Niara land but they do not say anything or give transcript.
Cos one boy said people would insult u or doubt u even if u said u got a date.

Then I paid my visa fees 34500 and then he took my biometrics

They asked about the city I am going to
If I was coming back after my studies
My masters thesis
Gave me papers to sign
And asked me if I have any question for them
I asked him why people aren't getting dates
He said its just the new German rule
Every country has a quota but people applying from Nigeria is so much that they meet thier quota and it looks like they are not giving dates but they are actually.

Personally I was shocked to see 9 people jn CatB that day.
My Am arrived about 5 weeks later
My passport was stamped in two days

I arrived Germany a day before Easter.
Its kinda cold .
Its God all the way.

People are getting dates in CatB yessss they are in Naira land and they don't talk.
